Crock Pot Italian Chicken


Here is a simple, yet yummy crock pot recipe for Italian Chicken.  This recipe calls for 1 1/2 bottles of Fat Free Italian dressing, but you can use more or less to your liking.  


CROCK POT ITALIAN CHICKEN

2 1/2lbs-3lbs chicken (I like to use leg quarters)
1 1/2 bottles Fat Free Italian Dressing
1TBS Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

NOTE:  You may want to thaw chicken in frig for 24 hours before adding to crock pot.

1.  Place chicken in crock pot
2.  Add the Italian dressing. Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
3.  Cook on high for approx. 4-6 hours or low for 5-7 hours


That's all there is to it!  Very simple, very easy!  Goes great with potatoes that have been cubed and baked in the oven, seasoned with parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil.
