As a new mommy, one of the first things you may think about or consider, before bringing your new baby home, is what will he or she wear?  That first outfit that you pick out, will more than likely be the first outfit everyone sees when you arrive home with your bundle of joy.

This adorable set, shown here, is a coming home outfit for little baby boys, sold by https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheLittleBabyRoom?ref=l2-shopheader-name  The set features a onesie, pants and a hospital hat.  The outfit is 96% cotton and 4% spandex.  The onesie, has an adorable bow tie that has a picture of a bicycle on it.  The hat, is a fold over hospital hat with a knot at the end.  It too features the bicycle.  The pants are legging type pants that has a little stretch to them, just like leggings.  These type of pants are comfortable for the new baby to wear and will not irritate the baby's skin that may come with some of the newborn jeans out there.

The outfit is so soft and smooth.  Very nice feeling.  I love the whole look of this adorable outfit and is the perfect outfit for bringing your newborn home in.  The outfit is sold by The Little Baby Room on Etsy.  You can purchase the outfit as a whole or as individual pieces.  

The onesie is a white bodysuit that has a bow tie securely sewn onto the onesie. You can order the onesie as a short sleeve or long sleeve.  I don't know about you, but I've seen a lot of little baby boys, where there first outfits seems to include a bow tie or neck tie...very appropriate for baby boys.

The leggings and hat are a light blue color with the colors of red and gold, consisting of the bicycle.  What little boy wouldn't look adorable in this outfit! It's all you need for that one single outfit!

Lilac and Olive has this baby bear hat in sizes Newborn - 4 years.  The brown hat is soft to the touch, features two little bear ears and has two trailing braids on each side, that consist of soft fuzzy yarn.  This hat is too adorable!  If you are thinking about having your newborn or infant's pictures taken, this would be a great photo prop!

Newborn Knitted Hat by Grannie K - 0-3 months

It seems like now days, that the necessity items for newborns have come a long way.  No longer do we see newborns coming from the hospital in their gown or their first little outfit, but now we see newborns with fashionable caps, hats, booties and more.  I love to see a newborn in cute knitted hats.  Knitted hats or caps can be simple and cute to extravagant knitted animal hats, featuring owls, bears and puppies.

This cute little newborn hat, seen here, is by Swaddlemesnugly by Grannie K, on Etsy.  I love shopping Etsy because you will find many many hand made items that are not only unique in their style, but cute, adorable and very much affordable.  Etsy owners work very hard to create and craft their masterpieces.  They usually work one on one with their customers and are usually a one to three person team.  A lot of love goes into their work and same goes for Swaddlemesnugly by Grannie K.

This yellow knitted hat, by Grannie K, is for ages 0-3 months, perfect for newborns coming home.  The material is a washable acrylic knitted yarn that is very soft.  The knitted hat is very durable and very well made (you can tell Grannie K takes pride in her work.)  The knitted hat measures 12"-14" circumference and is knitted in the round to prevent any bulky seams that may irritate your newborn's head.  The soft feel of this adorable knitted hat in my hands ensures me that this hat is just right for the newborn.  It's a very warm and the lemon yellow is perfect for both genders.

This cute and adorable knitted hat is available in several colors: baby blue, grape multicolor, lemon yellow, mint green, lollipop multi, raspberry multicolor, baby pink and blue-white multi. Chunky Newborn Hat and Blanket Set by CdCk Design

I love newborn and baby stuff!  Baby items are just too cute and adorable and I forget how small the newborn clothes are!  There's nothing more special than a hand crafted piece, made from love and care that goes into a piece, for your newborn.  Taking the time to craft each piece, to perfection, is what draws me to the unique newborn items.

There's a store on Etsy, CdCk Design, that is owned by Peg.  She has some of the cutest and unique hand crafted items, not only for babies, but for adults as well.  The newborn hat and blanket set, shown here, was delivered to my doorstep very fast!  I know that it took time to knit both pieces and that says a lot about the owner of CdCk Designs!  Both the hat and the blanket are the same color.  The blanket is a chunky blanket, that is sure to keep your baby warm and comfortable. The knitted hat is just too adorable!  It has a full fluffy pom pom on the top of the hand made hat.

The materials used to create these pieces are of lambs wool and acrylic and each are made to order.  The knitted hat has a chunky pom pom, that has these squiggly accents throughout the hat.  The squiggly accents actually compliments the color of the hat and makes this piece unique.  The chunky knitted blanket is great for photo shoots and props, as well as the hat.  The blanket is approximately 25 x 28 inches, plenty big and roomy for your newborn.  The color of both hat and blanket is oatmeal, which is a neutral color that is perfect for both newborn boys and newborn girls.

The hat and scarf set is so soft and cute.  I love the little brown fabric piece, found attached to the winter hat.  To me, it resembles the ears of Mickey or Minnie Mouse with a tiny bow attached to one side of the ears.  I'm not exactly sure what this little brown attachment is, but it's also found on the little boys set as well.  It's a nicely knitted hat and scarf set, perfect as a holiday gift or even as an addition to your little one's wardrobe.
