#BuffyBoots - Rubber Rain Boots

I don't  know about other parts of the country, but here in the South, we get a lot of rain, not to mention other types of stormy weather and snow.  May is the month that I look forward to, mainly because it begins to warm up, but also the Memphis Music Festival.  The Memphis Music Festival is an event that takes place in Memphis, Tennessee.  The city has tons of famous artists who performs on several stages.  There are hundreds of people, if not thousands, that attend this music event.  The music part of the event runs from Friday to Sunday and there are vendors all along the river, selling food, drinks and other items.  There are vendors that have wine tasting and vendors that sell clothes, purses and more.

BUT....Memphis in May also tends to bring rainy weather.  So much so, that people are having to break out their rain boots due to the rain making the river bank a muddy mess.
