I love to wear bold statement pieces when I'm dressing up a simple black dress or black outfit and when I'm wearing something fancy or elegant (for me, anyways), I like to go with a piece of jewelry that is more simple, because I don't want to take away from the elegant dress or outfit I'm wearing.
This piece shown here, is by Vogue Jewelry. It is the Squash Blossom Necklace and as you can see, it's pretty intricate with all the blossom looking pieces, with a nice size half circle focal piece. The stones resembles turquoise and the chain is a medium size silver chain. The necklace sparkles with the silver that is combined into the necklace.
The necklace has a little weight to it, but it's not too heavy. It really is a very lovely piece and a piece that will definitely dress up any outfit! This necklace is so pretty in person and I love that the silver shines through the turquoise beads.
I will definitely be wearing this necklace this summer, probably with a summer dress. I can't wait to wear it while on vacation, although I will be going to a beach, there will be plenty of times to pair this necklace up with a summer outfit (I'm hoping we may hit up a club!)
All in all, this is a beautiful necklace that I'm sure you will love. It just makes a statement and is very very eye catching! This necklace is available in green and black. The one shown here is green, but I like to think it's more of a light turquoise color.
