Well, recently I had the opportunity to try a customized shampoo and conditioner made for me...ME! Formulate is a brand that customizes hair care formulas to solve the world's personal hair care problems.
Formulate.co is the website for Formulate. To get your own personalized shampoo and conditioner, that works JUST FOR YOUR HAIR, you will take a quiz regarding your hair type and condition. The quiz will ask particular questions about your hair, such as; if your hair is color treated, dry, oily as well as how often do you wash your hair, what are your favorite scents, what are you looking for when it comes to your hair, etc.
Once you answer the quiz, Formulate will display the ingredients that they find will work best with your hair. You can then choose the best time to receive your hair products...immediately or sometime down the road. Formulate's hair care products are Sulfate Free, Paraben Free, preservative free and Cruelty free. If you're not used to using a Sulfate Free shampoo and conditioner, it may take an average of 3 tries for Formulate to create the perfect formula for you. After your first wash, you may experience slightly oily hair, as I did, but that is totally normal and expected...Remember, your going Sulfate Free!

If your first formula is just not right and not working for you, Formulate will work with you to adjust your ingredients and ship you a new formula, free of charge. Formulate is driven to provide the best shampoo and conditioner for your hair. I've been using Formulate for approximately 3 weeks now and I can tell a BIG difference. I have naturally curly, colored treated hair and my hair looks healthier, shinier and...MY CURLS ARE SO DEFINED AND BOUNCY!

It took me a while to get used to shampoo that did not produce a lot of foam or suds and found myself using quite a bit of Formulate, because I was looking for that sudsy result. YOU DON'T NEED THAT FOAMING, SUDSY SHAMPOO! Just because it contains no sulfate, doesn't mean it's not working. My hair is proof of that and I can't thank Formulate enough, for reaching out to me to try their products.
I will be honest...I did not know if I would like a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner or, if it would even work for me, but it did! I love Formulate allows you to choose your own fragrance from their list; how they REALLY go in depth and detail when quizzing you about our own hair and hair issues.
