Bebinca Smart Watch - Keep Track of Blood Pressure, Steps, Fitness Actvity and More

Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm a HUGE watch fanatic.  I can't even go into a department store without making my rounds and coming to a halt in front of a watch display. Eyeing and admiring all the different styles of watches has me mesmerized for at least a few minutes!  If I get a watch for Christmas or for my birthday, I'm a happy girl!

That brings me to a different style of watch that I'm wearing now, the Bebinca Smart Watch. Now, I've had smart watches before and they look just that...a smart watch, with maybe a black or white band or one that most definitely could not be mistaken as a fitness tracker.  I liked those, but... they just weren't stylish enough for me.

The Bebinca Smart Watch is the first smart watch that I absolutely love!  It is more my style, speed and to me, doesn't look too much like a smart watch or fitness tracker.  The only thing that may give it away as a smart watch is the solid black watch face, which by the way, is round!  The Bebinca Smart Watch tracks your blood pressure, heart rate, fitness level, steps, sleep pattern and more.  You can sync it with your cell phone and receive notifications from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram as well as view messages and missed or incoming calls.

This smart watch came with not one, but two bands.  I love a watch where I can change out the bands, but the one I'm wearing now, the rose gold band, will definitely be the one I wear the most.  The other band that came in the box was a light pink color.  The light pink band is more of a rubber type band, that is more of a traditional watch band.  The rose gold band is my favorite because I don't have to waste time feeding it through the loop and finding the right notch.  The rose gold band is magnetic, so it just slides easily around and automatically attaches where you want!

Health Gurus Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor Review

For those with high blood pressure, like me, it's very important to keep check on this vital issue.  Although some of us take blood pressure medicine to keep our blood pressure under control, there are still times when your blood pressure will elevate.  This is why you need a blood pressure monitor to keep it in check.

Thanks to Greater Goods, I was thrilled to have received this Upper Arm blood pressure monitor.  The upper arm blood pressure monitor is said to be more accurate, than those that fit around the wrists, mainly because the upper arm is closer to your heart.  

I have tried the wrists blood pressure monitors before and it seemed my blood pressure was more normal than if I went to the doctor to have it taken.  Sometimes the wrists blood pressure monitors, if not worn correctly, would give off an incorrect reading, but there were times, when the wrists monitors actually were correct.  I'm not downing the wrists version of the monitors, because I've used them and there were many times it read correctly, but I'm just saying, after using the Health Gurus Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor, my readings were more accurate and seemed to be consistent with what my blood pressure normally runs.

The Health Gurus Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is easy to read due to the backlit LCD display.  It has an irregular heart beat detector, a function for 2 users, records up to 120 readings in memory and the cuff is a one-size, fits all.  I love the display, as the numbers are large, for easier reading and it sits perfectly, anywhere.  The cuff is made just like most doctors blood pressure cuffs...it wraps around your arms and held by velcro.  All you have to do, is push the start button and the monitor begins to pump up and give you your readings.  It's that simple.

MeasuPro BPM-20A Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor

I've recently done a review on MeasuPro's Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor and was very very pleased with it as well as the results.  MeasuPro is a very reliable brand and I have been very pleased with their products.

Today, I am reviewing MeasuPro's BPM-20A Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.  The Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is exactly what it says...it is fixed to your upper arm.  The monitor has a small tube that attaches to the side of the monitor.  You would place the arm wrap around your upper arm, wrap it around until it's snug and then hit the Set 1 or Set 2 button.  These buttons will record and monitor two people's stats.  The results shows up on the LCD panel once the Blood Pressure wrap stops inflating.

I found this device very easy to use and very happy to have gotten a chance to review this product.  This monitor actually was given to my mother-in-law, as she has high blood pressure and was in dire need of one.  Thanks MeasuPro!

If you have high blood pressure, like I do, it's not something you need to play around with, neglect or throw caution to the wind about.  High blood pressure is a scary thing and it's known as the silent killer, because most people do not even know they may have high blood pressure, until they are checked out by a doctor.
