Chunky Newborn Hat and Blanket Set by CdCk Design

I love newborn and baby stuff!  Baby items are just too cute and adorable and I forget how small the newborn clothes are!  There's nothing more special than a hand crafted piece, made from love and care that goes into a piece, for your newborn.  Taking the time to craft each piece, to perfection, is what draws me to the unique newborn items.

There's a store on Etsy, CdCk Design, that is owned by Peg.  She has some of the cutest and unique hand crafted items, not only for babies, but for adults as well.  The newborn hat and blanket set, shown here, was delivered to my doorstep very fast!  I know that it took time to knit both pieces and that says a lot about the owner of CdCk Designs!  Both the hat and the blanket are the same color.  The blanket is a chunky blanket, that is sure to keep your baby warm and comfortable. The knitted hat is just too adorable!  It has a full fluffy pom pom on the top of the hand made hat.

The materials used to create these pieces are of lambs wool and acrylic and each are made to order.  The knitted hat has a chunky pom pom, that has these squiggly accents throughout the hat.  The squiggly accents actually compliments the color of the hat and makes this piece unique.  The chunky knitted blanket is great for photo shoots and props, as well as the hat.  The blanket is approximately 25 x 28 inches, plenty big and roomy for your newborn.  The color of both hat and blanket is oatmeal, which is a neutral color that is perfect for both newborn boys and newborn girls.

Adjustable Genuine Leather Love Bracelet - #SitaraCollections

I love jewelry!  I especially love a piece of jewelry that not only makes a statement, but has that rugged look to it.  A piece of jewelry that is kind of casual and goes perfect for an every day wear with jeans and a t-shirt and that can be layered up with other similar pieces.  

This bracelet, shown below, is an adjustable genuine leather bracelet that displays the word, "love."  It has that rugged look to it, but is very durable and very well made.  I love how this bracelet feels on my wrist...not too tight, but not so loose that it slides around.  It has and adjustable cord that you will everyone's wrists.  It's a cognac brown color with an antiquish gold looking plate that has the word "love" written on it.  

The bracelet is approximately 7 inches long and all you have to do is loosen the leather cord, slide your hand inside and then pull the two pieces of cord to tighten.  I really like these types of bracelets, the ones you can adjust to fit and I love that it displays, not only a message or word, but a word that I would love to wear everyday.  This bracelet is perfect for both men and women, who wants to make a fashions statement and is also great for teens. It's very lightweight and is made with a supple russet hued leather.  

This bracelet is a piece of jewelry from Sitara Collections LLC, a company that has many unique and hand crafted pieces of jewelry.  They carry several Artisan pieces of jewelry and each sale they make, a portion of that is donated to Sitara Foundation, which benefits children in India.  That's just another thing I love about this bracelet...not only are you purchasing a piece of jewelry, but you know that a portion is going toward a foundation for children.

Longil Love Hope Dream Pendant #Necklace with Yin Yang Tree of Life

I always love a nice piece of jewelry that has some type of meaning or saying behind it.  A piece of jewelry that makes a subtle statement of what kind of piece it is.  I am a fanatic of sayings, quotes and the likes and the necklace shown below is an example of that.

The pendant necklace shown, is the Love Hope Dream necklace by Longil.  It is made of high polished alloy and features a circle pendant engraved with Love Dream Trust Hope ( I love this!). It also has a hanging hollow out tree of life charm.  What I love about this necklace is just not the little quote, but that the necklace consist of a charm that dangles in the middle of the circle.

The chain on this necklace is 18 inches long and has a lobster claw clasp.  I'm a big sucker for a piece of jewelry with lobster claw clasp, as it makes it so much easier to fasten.  The Longil Love Hope Dream Trust pendant comes in a small red box, perfect for holiday giving. Not only is this perfect for the holidays, but for birthdays, special occasions and Valentine's day.  

The Longil Love Hope Dream Trust necklace is not an over-the-top piece of jewelry, not a piece of jewelry with a lot of bling, but a piece of jewelry that makes a subtle statement in such an intricate detailed way.  I love this necklace!  It's not too small where you can't see the charm or circle, but just the right size.  It's lightweight and hangs comfortably around my neck.  I love wearing this necklace with black, which sets off the silver tone of the necklace or a brightly colored top. And the best thing....It's very reasonable price, just under $10!

Play Love Laugh Natural Peel Off Nail Polish

I don't paint my nails often, but when I do, I like a sparkly and "Not so neutral" nail color.  I was happy to be chosen for the Play Love Laugh Natural Peel Nail Polish and was more thrilled when I got to pick my own colors!

The colors I chose were Sweet Purple and Sparkly Really Teally.  These nail polishes come in a 0.27oz bottle and are very vibrant colors in the bottle.  A lot of nail polishes CLAIM to be quick dry, but this Play Love Laugh Natural Peel Off Nail Polish REALLY is quick dry.  I was surprised how quick..2 minutes top!  Most nail polishes, when you lightly touch to see if it's dried, may leave a little finger print smudge or still feel sticky.  These nail polishes dry quickly...as a matter of fact, I applied a second coat and between both coats, my polish was dried in just a few short minutes.

The only negative I find on this, is that the bottle is only 0.27oz, which is not even an ounce, but no more than I paint my nails...this is the perfect size for me and is well worth having a polish that is safe all around.

The Natural Peel Off Nail polish is made from fruits and vegetables and is waterproof, non-toxic, contains no Acetone, Acetates, alcohol and  nitrocellulose.
