Electric Operated Multi-point Pencil Sharpener - Works with 6 Sizes of Pencils -For Home, Office & School

Hi all!  If you've been keeping up, you know I have brought you several types of pencil sharpeners within the past few days.  Each one has their own function. Each one is different. I've posted on several battery operated pencil sharpeners...green, yellow and blue and I've also posted an electric one.  

The pencil sharpener shown here, is another electric pencil sharpener by Bo Toys and Gifts over at Amazon.  Bo Toys & Gifts has a wide variety of not only pencil sharpeners, but other cool items as well.  I love looking over Bo Toys & Gifts items they have in their store.  Now, back to this awesome electric pencil sharpener!

This electric pencil sharpener has a 6 multi points.  It will sharpen pencils with 6,7,8,9,10 and 11mm pencils.  It has a black dial on the front of the sharpener, that allows you to turn the dial to whatever thickness of pencil you have.  It sharpens evenly every time and has a 4 second sharpening feature.  There is also a safety feature on this electric pencil sharpener as well.  Just remove the shaving tray and if a pencil is inserted, it will not operate.  It has to have the shaving tray inserted in order to work.  

Another feature you will find with this electric pencil sharpener, is that it has a thermal cut out system.  What this means, is if the electric sharpener is in continuous use, the thermal cut out system will activate.  This prevents the sharpener from over heating.  If the thermal cut out system is activated, you can stop this by unplugging the sharpener, removing the pencil and allow the pencil sharpener to cool for about 20 minutes.

The electric pencil sharpener is a flat light gray color with a black pencil dial and a purple shaving tray.  This sharpener is different than the battery operated ones as well as the manual pencil sharpeners you would purchase from your local supply store or Wal-Mart. The shavings in the shaving tray is very fine and tiny compared to the battery operated ones that give you the original swirled shaving, common with the small manual sharpeners. It also has the AUTO ON/OFF feature that prevents the pencil from being over sharpened.  I LOVE this feature!  No more dwindling my pencil down to the nub!  Once the pencil is sharpened, the electric sharpener will stop.

Electric Operated Pencil Sharpener - Home, Office & School

Previously, I've written about the battery operated pencil sharpeners I've received from Bo Toys & Gifts, from Amazon.  Although the battery operated pencil sharpeners are colorful, work really well and can be easily taken with you, these electric pencil sharpeners are a little larger and will, of course, require a socket to plug them into, meaning, it may be more convenient to leave the sharpener where it will be used the most.

I love all the different pencil sharpeners I've reviewed.  They are all so different!  I actually enjoyed testing and playing with each one, as the only pencil sharpener I've ever used were the packaged ones you get from the store or ones mounted to a wall in a school room (which were decades ago!)

The pencil sharpener shown, is an electric pencil sharpener, like the others, is very colorful!  I always like the clear see through sharpeners, as you can see what's going on inside.  The color of this sharpener is a mix of blues and greens with a hint of yellow.  This is a fun colored pencil sharpener and will more than likely, become my favorite.  The advantage and pros of the electric pencil sharpener, is that it is electric and you don't have to invest in batteries, knowing that you will eventually have to purchase more when they decide to just quit.

As with all the other sharpeners I've reviewed, this too, is from Bo Toys and Gifts.  They have fun and trendy looking pencil sharpeners, both battery and electric operated.  This particular one has a cool and contemporary design and has three sharpening points.  It has an Auto-Stop feature that prevents over sharpening.  How many times have we sharpened pencils, only to have them break and then to resharpen? 

Another safety feature, if you remove the shaving tray, the pencil sharpener will not work.   This will prevent the sharpener from working when not in use.  I thought about giving this away as a gift, but after seeing it in person and after unboxing it....umm...no, I'm keeping this one!

Battery Operated Desktop Pencil Sharpener, Green

Yesterday I introduced a green and blue battery operated pencil sharpener that requires 4AA batteries (not included).  They were slightly bigger and were square shaped, perfect for having on your desk.  The pencil sharpener shown below, is a smaller version of the larger one, but only require 2AA batteries (not included).  This smaller green battery operated pencil sharpener is very quite, quieter than the previous ones that were posted.

This green battery operated pencil sharpener is compact, therefore, can be taken anywhere you go.  This is a perfect sized sharpener to always have in your purse or on hand and will not easily get lost, as some of the smaller non-battery pencil sharpeners.  For those who have children in school, this colorful sharpener can come in very handy.  Your child can have his or her own sharpener and all the other kids will want to know where they can get one, too!

This compact battery operated pencil sharpener has a see through reservoir, so you can actually see the shavings of the pencil and to see when it is full and needs emptied.  The reservoir is very easy to pop off. Once full, all you have to do is pull the clear plastic piece off and empty the sharpener.  Just snap it back on once emptied.

Battery Operated Desktop Pencil Sharpener with Adjustable Sharpness (Blue & Green)

It never fails.  When I'm looking for a pencil sharpener to sharpen a pencil, I never can seem to find one.  You know the one I'm talking about...the one that's so small that you can't seem to find where you placed it, after you've used it?

Well, thanks to these two battery operated pencil sharpeners, from Bo Toys and Gifts, I won't have to worry about misplacing them or spending hours looking one up.  These two pencil sharpeners are battery operated and have an adjustable sharpness level, from fine point to blunt.  They each take 4AA batteries (not included) and are very easy to operate.  They have an easy-to-remove shaving tray that is also easy to slide and snap back onto the pencil sharpener.  

I also noticed, that once the pencil is sharpened, the battery operated sharpener will stop. This prevents the pencils over sharpening, causing it to break.  I really love this feature, as I don't have to worry about sharpening my pencil halfway down and wasting a pencil.  As mentioned above, the Battery Operated Desktop Pencil Sharpener has three different pencil points: Blunt, Medium and Sharp.  This allows you to get the perfect point on your pencil!  I, personally, like a sharp point, but there are some who may prefer a more blunt tip...this sharpener has you covered!

I've used this sharpener on three different, brand new pencils.  I tried each three point and each time, the sharpener stopped, once the pencil reached it's sharpness level.  I also noticed, that each time I sharpened a pencil, the point was on Que!  I now have three pencils with three different points, but am considering sharpening the other two, to a sharp point.

These are cute, functional and perfect for school kids, as well as teachers.  Teachers...why not have a couple of these in your classrooms.  These are a fun way for children to sharpen their pencils and adds a colorful decor to any classroom.  You can control the sharpness of the pencil and won't have to worry about any injuries.  The sharpeners will not work, unless a pencil is inserted, with slight pressure, ensuring safety.
