I will be the first to admit, I'm kind of skeptical when it comes to new products being introduced, to help with weight loss.  I always believe that the only way to get to your goal, when it comes to reaching your idea weight and losing weight, is through exercise and eating healthy.  I also believe that you have to have a positive mind set to get where you want to be.
