 Good morning everyone!  It's been awhile but I'm finally back and this time, it's with this colorful, fun slug snail toy by IFiwin from Amazon.

Aufka Heated Blanket

 

Hey y'all!  With the holidays and New Year's the past couple months, I've been pretty busy with other projects...but I'm back!

Southern Missoiri can be pretty unpredictable when it comes to weather.  With temperatures in the mid 60s to snow and freezing temps the next day or two, it's no wonder our poor bodies are confused and end up getting sick from colds and sinuses.

One thing I do know, when it gets outside, it seems like it's colder inside my home!  I'm not a big fan of constantly running the heat all day in my house, especially when the heat tends to zap the moisture from not only my house, but my skin as well.

I found away to stay warm,  without all the excess heat and without smothering me.  If you guys have not invested in a heated throw blanket, I strongly suggest it!  Now mind you, I also do NOT sleep with an electric blanket because I will get too hot, but having a heated throw blanket is awesome!

The heated throw blanket, shown here, is by Aufka.  This throw is Soooooo soft!  It's like your typical throw...but heated!  You can even control the temperature as to how much heat you want.

The blanket has a remote like control that allows you to adjust the heat accordingly.   The blanket is 50" x 60", has 10 heat levels and a 3 hour timer auto off.  The Aufka electric heated blanket heats up in seconds and reaches intense heat levels without getting uncomfortably warm.

The temperature of the heated blanket ranges from 66 degrees to 122 degrees and has a controller that has an LCD display.  The blanket is machine washable.  Just detach the controller before placing the blanket in the washer.  

What I love about this heated throw blanket is that it is larger than the regular throws I have, it's super soft and cozy, has a 10 foot cord that allows me to take advantage of the full size of the blanket and most importantly...it has a built in over-heating protection system.  The only problem is....I'm having a hard time keeping this blanket away from my husband!!

Super Comfy Joggers by M MopeeMoteepi

 These joggers are SO comfortable!  I can't believe how lightweight these yoga pants/joggers are!

I am more of a legging type gal and after gaining back the weight I lost, plus some, leggings has become my go-to pants.  Now...THESE joggers have become my all time favorite to wear, because they just feel so damn good while wearing them!

Compact Trash Can - Perfect For Small Places

 There's nothing worse than an open trash can; a trash can where you can not only see, but smell!  Most public and work places have trash cans that sit right next to you, without a lid.  Sure, it may be convenient and also prevents you from touching a lid that many other people may have touched, but for me, I prefer NOT to see what's inside that can.

This compact trash can takes care all of that!  It's stylish and just the right size for a small (or large) bathroom, office and especially a camper, where space can be limited.

This trash can has a snug fitting lid that opens with a touch of a button (locates in top of lid).  It even came with 2 rolls of trash bags!  I love the size because it fits perfectly in my camper.  Anyone who has a camper knows how limited space can be.  Plus...if you have friends camping with you, it hides all the unpleasant mess.

I debated whether I wanted to place this can...camper or vehicle.  It was a somewhat battle of deciding because let's face it, we can all use a small trashcan in our vehicles, especially with small children where road trips and vacations seem to bring on fast food bags, candy wrappers and juice bottles!

Resin Solar Garden Turtle

I'm a fan of small garden accents and decor, but only recently started adding these things to my back yard due to several yard renovations.

This adorable turtle has a solar panel on its back with solar lights as its eyes.  Even without the lighted eyes, this resin turtle looks so cute...those eyes!!

There is a small button on its back that you push, to turn on.  It has to be in the sun, or at least have half a day if sunlight for the eyes to light up at night.

Very durable and well made, this turtle will liven up any flower bed or garden.  The turtle is a bronzy color with subtle hints of blue outlines. It can withstand rain, snow, sun and dust due to the coating of the resin. Dimensions are 6.3" x 4.3" x 5.1"

 I really didn't think too much about skin care when I was younger, mainly in my teens-up to my twenties, but now that I'm getting older (just hit 50), I've been paying much attention to my skin care routine.  I actually started taking my skin care routine more serious a several years ago, mainly because I wanted to combat and diminish the fine lines that were creeping up.

Today, I am more concerned about loose and sagging skin, especially around my eye area and under my chin.  Although I have some favorite brands of skin care products I use, I was honored to be asked to try Morganna's Dehydrated Skin Trio.

The drops don't make my face feel really tight, but I love how fresh my face feels and looks after using these drops.

The drops are not your typical thin water-like serums.  They are more on the thicker side and are clear serums.  The bottles, themselves, are brown (which I like, because it protects the product from the light) and comes with a dropper.  

I've only been using the drops for about a week, and although it ususally takes a couple of months of using skin care products to see noticeable results, the instant results I have seen since using these drops are glowing skin and my foundation goes on more smoothly, without the added face moisturizer that I normally use before applying my makeup.  All in all, I love how the drops make my face look and feel and I will continue to use them for more of the same results.

Now, about the product.  The first thing that caught my attention, was the beautiful color of this scrub.  The color resembles the fruity part of the grapefruit.  The actual scrub is not harsh nor contains large rough minerals, but instead, has a more finer texture to it.  The scent of the scrub has a distinctive grapefruit scent, not too harsh of a scent, but just enough that you know you are scrubbing with a grapefruit product.

I was pleasantly pleased at how well this scrub works...and feels!  I've used scrubs before and a lot of them just seemed harsh on my face.  White Naturals Grapefruit Scrub did NOT feel harsh and it left my face feeling so soft, smooth and fresh looking!  It was if my face was introduced to a facial!
