Organic Cotton Swaddling Blanket-I Love You by #Atelieredele
I love baby blankets! It just seems you can never have enough of them. I love all the cute designs, materials and the many uses you can get out of them. This blanket, shown below, is a 100% organic cotton muslin swaddling blanket. Muslin is a very thin material that is known to be eco-friendly and a material that is breathable, for the baby.
Across this blanket, you will see the words, "I love you", in several languages. How neat is this! I love all the different scripts and fonts of "I love you" and it's so symbolic for the precious cargo wrapped up in this soft blanket. The blanket is a generous 47.2 inches x 47.2 inches, plenty big enough to serve as a strolling or nursing cover, car seat cover, tummy time blanket plus much more.
The blanket is breathable, which help reduce the risks of overheating. The blanket is handmade in India, with the "I love you" design of the blanket, designed by Ellin Jane, an Australian illustration artists, who lives in London. Her work is inspired by places she's traveled and the experiences she's had, as well as the many people she's met. Her work can be found in various galleries in London, as well as in Berlin, Paris and Melbourne.
The "I Love You" blanket is sold by Joelle Boutin, the owner of atelieredel Etsy store. The blanket is shipped from Canada. Joelle has many other unique baby items in her store which include: comforters for baby crib, fitted crib sheets, throw pillows and swaddling blankets, just to name a few. Each one of these items features a neat and different design. I especially love the Peacock and the Star and Planet designs that she has.
If you've not checked out Ateliere Edele on Etsy, you must check it out now. I love reading how each Etsy owner got started and I love reading their stories. Joelle Boutin's story is one of them. If you're wondering where Edele came from in the store's name...it means 'my luck'. Go ready her story and find out how and why this name came about. While you're there, don't forget to check out all the cute baby items Joelle has to offer in her store, Ateliere Edele.
