I don't know what it is about kids and face painting, but they LOVE it! Any time there is a fair, birthday party or special event that offers face painting, there are ALWAYS kids standing in line, waiting to get their face painted.
That is why I was so excited to get this Face Painting Kit for Kids in the mail. My 3 year old grandson was about to have a birthday party and I knew this would be a hit. All the little ones were waiting to get their face painted and they even picked out the sticker that they wanted.
The Face Painting Kit for Kids that I received was a Halloween themed kit. The kit comes with 15 washable face paints, 2 glitters (gold & silver), 40 reusable stencils, 40 stickers and 12 brushes. The stencils ranged from witches, cats, spiders, spider webs, bats to girly butterflies, hearts and many designs.
The paints are water based, so adding a touch of water to the face paints made the designs more vibrant. I believe the kits can do 100 faces, but I also realized, that it took several swipes of the paint, just to get enough color on the face. The paint is easily removable by water and mild soap and is safe for all ages.

Halloween may be one of my favorite holidays when it comes to decorating. I love the spooky, fun and decorative ideas when it comes to Halloween. I am always in awe, when I see friends, neighbors and even my neighborhood all decked out in some of the bewitching ideas of this fun holiday.
I may not go all totally out when it comes to decorating for Halloween, but I do love to decorate for the occasion. With spooky ghosts floating in my trees to giant spider webs and colorful Halloween lights...these are just some of what my yard consist of. A new addition that I recently added was this giant spider, which has creepy glowing red eyes, when activated and a furry hairy body. This spider is enormous! It requires AA batteries (not included) and anytime there is noise (or it's bumped), the giant furry spider starts shaking, emitting this spooky creepy sound, with glowing red eyes. I even noticed, when it's windy outside, the spider will, for some reason, go off and start making that eerie sound...creepy!!
My grand son, who recently just turned two years old, was a little taken back by this giant creature. He wasn't sure he wanted near it...at first, but finally overcame his fear of it. This spider is 43 inches, with legs that stretch to approximately 20 inches, furry, with bendable legs that can be shaped in any direction. It has a string at the top of its head, allowing you to hang it inside or outside. This giant furry spider is a hit with all the kids (and us adults!) Halloween is just right around the corner and I'm still not done decorating my yard. I don't go to extremes, not by no means, but I do like to add a little Halloween spirit to my yard. There are many great ideas on Pinterest that I would love to do....it's just finding the time. I just may find the time this weekend, since I decided to take a couple days off work (paid of course) and take some photos of what I DO have done. I do plan on adding more, as the week goes on, but take a look of what I have so far. I want to thank #ScaryPeeper and #PartyCheap for supplying me these awesome Halloween props. Without these, my yard would look like everyone else's.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays as well as favorite time of year. Halloween is not only about ghouls and goblins, but a time to celebrate Fall, have fun dressing up, Halloween parties and yard decor! Decorating for Halloween is so fun! I enjoy driving around my neighborhood, spying all the front yard decorations and the imaginative and creative ways people come up with.
Visiting haunted houses and haunted forests is also on my agenda when I think about Halloween. Who doesn't love a good scare! (Ok, some of you may not), but this is the funnest holiday for me.
You may have recently seen me posts about some of the awesome Halloween props I've received, and yet, I have another....the Jointed Zombie Clown. Alright...don't all of you start screaming at the same time. I know a lot of people who have fear of clowns. I know if I have a clown plastered up next to my house, more than likely, they wont' be coming up to my door. I get it...I think. Well, this Jointed Zombie Clown is not your ordinary clown. He's scary, he's frightful and he looks dead right freaky!
The Jointed Zombie Clown is taller than I am! He stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, is made out of cardstock. It is a cardstock cutout that you can hang on a wall or any flat surface, using tape, pins or string. He is designed with sharp teeth, tattered clothing and a brain snow cone (I guess when I saw the snow cone, I didn't notice it was a brain!). Frighten your family and guests with this scary clown! I plan on hanging this little man on the outside of my garage door...that's the only place he will fit!

The bracelet has a diameter of 6cm. with a width of 4.5cm. The bracelet is absolutely stunning in person and no picture will do it justice. It's solid, well made and the etching in the bracelet is very noticeable. It is not tight on my wrist at all, as a matter of fact, with a little muscle, I can squeeze this to fit my wrist. When I say a little muscle, the bracelet does not bend very easily. That is a good thing! This tells me that this bracelet is very well made and is cannot be easily bent or distorted.
I am very proud to own a piece of jewelry, that I know will last for a very long time and an accessory that will go with many of my outfits and not just limited to certain colors in my wardrobe. The bracelet is elegant looking, fashionable and definitely a MUST HAVE! And what makes this even better...it's very reasonable priced at just under $7.00. I would say this is a steal for such a gorgeous bracelet. I can promise you, I will be wearing this bracelet today, to work.
The time is rolling around, where many will be decorating for Halloween. Halloween, to me, is a fun time to dress up, decorate my house and yard with some scary props and watch little Trick-or-Treaters go from house to house, collecting as much candy as they can. I love Halloween. One of the things I love to do is decorate my yard. This can sometimes start a month away from the holiday, when my head starts reeling with all the ideas of how I want my yard to look, making it spooky. Well, Okay, my house and yard may not be that spooky on Halloween, but at least I try! I love the ghouls, ghosts, monsters and any other scary props. I love original ideas as well as something a little different.

One of the things I've recently received was the Scary Peeper. Oh my gosh! These things look almost real and could scare the bejeezes out of anyone! Most of these props are made to be hung on the outside of your window, looking in. The best place for the intruder, if you want to scare yourself and others entering your home, is right around a door or a corner of a wall. Have him peeping around a wall when someone enters that room. It will scary even those who live with you, especially in the middle of the night when you're going for that late night snack or drink of water!
I'm thinking about moving my intruder somewhere else. As you can see, he's not very visible in my window.
I've decided to use my Scary Peeper a little differently. Instead of scaring myself, which is very easy to do, I decided to use these props in my front yard. So far, I have two out of three in my yard and trying to decide how to use the third one. Once I've placed my Scary Peepers where I want them, I will definitely be doing an update! All of these Scary Peepers are heads only, with some sort of hoodie over it's head, with the hands on each side of it's face, appearing as if they are looking in your window.
