Morganna's Dehydrated Skin Trio Review

 I really didn't think too much about skin care when I was younger, mainly in my teens-up to my twenties, but now that I'm getting older (just hit 50), I've been paying much attention to my skin care routine.  I actually started taking my skin care routine more serious a several years ago, mainly because I wanted to combat and diminish the fine lines that were creeping up.

Today, I am more concerned about loose and sagging skin, especially around my eye area and under my chin.  Although I have some favorite brands of skin care products I use, I was honored to be asked to try Morganna's Dehydrated Skin Trio.  

Morganna's Dehyrdrated Skin Trio consist of three individual bottles that are: Lemon Drops, Peptide Drops and Water Drops.  Each one of these have their own unique take for the skin.  I would say the ones I've used the most, thus far, are the Lemon Drops & Water Drops.  Below are the benefits of using each.

     *Water Drops - Intense moisturizing serum with sea grapes for dry 

       and dehydrate skin. Acetyl Hexapeptide-37 works deep within the

       skin to provide adequate and balanced hydration which alleviates

       signs of dry, dehydrated skin. Astaxanthin derived from microalgae

     *Lemon Drops - Lemon peel is a powerful antioxidant that increases

       collagen production and moisturizes skin. fights inflammation,

       brightens, and increases collagen production. Hyaluronic Acid

       hydrates the skin and reduces fine lines. Chicory Root Extract 

       firms wrinkles, restores elasticity, and fights signs of photo-aging.

     *Peptide Drops - Active ingredient fractionated melanin protects 

       against hyperpigmentation from environmental damage, including 

       blue light. visibly reduce dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and

       blemishes. Bakuchiol smoothes and evens skin tone and texture for 

       healthy, flawless looking skin.

This trio is a set that is said to rehydrate tired, dry lackluster skin.  After using the Water and Lemon Drops, I love how my face feels.  The serums penetrate into the skin...fast and leaves my face feeling so smooth, but without the greasy or intense moisturizer feeling...more like a squeaky clean feeling. The drops don't make my face feel really tight, but I love how fresh my face feels and looks after using these drops.

The drops are not your typical thin water-like serums.  They are more on the thicker side and are clear serums.  The bottles, themselves, are brown (which I like, because it protects the product from the light) and comes with a dropper.  

I've only been using the drops for about a week, and although it ususally takes a couple of months of using skin care products to see noticeable results, the instant results I have seen since using these drops are glowing skin and my foundation goes on more smoothly, without the added face moisturizer that I normally use before applying my makeup.  All in all, I love how the drops make my face look and feel and I will continue to use them for more of the same results.

Homemade Body Spray Spritzers - Peppermint Lavender & Lemon Zinger by The Salvy Blossom

Who loves body sprays as much as I do? I absolutely love the body sprays. They are a little lighter in scent compared to perfumes and you get an inviting and wonderful scent by spraying, not only on your wrists, but your whole body, hair and clothes.  I bet I go through a bottle of body spray a month, if not sooner. That's just how much I use them.  I don't know if I've ever come across a scent I didn't like, but I normally tend to stick to those that are Vanilla & Brown Sugar, Fruity or an uplifting scent.

Did you know, that there are many Etsy sellers that make their own body sprays/spritzers?  I was curious as to how these smelled compared to the ones I buy in the store.  Let me tell you, the ones I've tried from Etsy smell just as wonderful, if not better!  One of the scents I've tried, was the Peppermint Lavender by The Salvy Blossom Etsy Shop.

You can definitely smell the peppermint and a hint of lavender in this body spray.  The peppermint scent is known to help uplift your mood and is great if you have a cold.  Lavender scent is known to help relax and calm you. Put both these scents together and you have an invigorating clean scent that just makes me happy!  It's not over powering, but I can definitely smell this body spray, once sprayed.

The next body spray by The Salvy Blossom is the Lemon Zinger.  I just love this name!  This is a full blown lemon scent that also has an uplifting and inviting scent.  It has a citrusy, bright scent that is light.  The essential oils that you will find in this Lemon Zinger are Lemon, Litsea, Distilled Water and alcohol.  The Lemon and Litsea, are both to be known to be uplifting and Bright.

Lift Care Lemon Essential Oil 5X Extra Strength Review

It seems like essential oils is a big craze right now.   There are so many types and fragrances of essential oils and they can be used for so many different things.  Many of the essential oils need, what they call, a carrier oil to complete a certain job.

The essential oil that it shown here, is Lift Care's Lemon essential oil.  This lemon essential oil known for its job to uplift and energize the senses.  It's also known to eliminate any unpleasant odors that you may want to rid of.  Mixing 1% lemon essential oil with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or soy, makes a perfect toner for your skin.  When you skin is oily, lemon oil, mixed with a carrier oil, helps to tone, balance and rejuvenate oily skin.

You should not use the lemon essential oil by itself.  Lemon essential oil, as mentioned above, should be combined with a carrier oil, depending on what purpose you are using it for.

I love the smell of this Lift Care Lemon Essential Oil.  When I first opened the bottle, I could instantly smell the lemony scent.  It was so refreshing!  I love lemons and I love the smell of lemons and having a 'lemon in a bottle' is some kind of awesome!  The bottle comes in a 4 oz. dark bottle with a cap. It also comes with a dropper, to make it easier to dispense the lemon essential oil sparingly.  

Lemon Essential Oil is great if you are making your own dishwasher tabs or your own laundry detergent.  I've made homemade laundry detergent before, and still do and I've used Lavender essential oil in my mixture.  Essential Oils gives your homemade laundry detergent a nice extra smell.
