Winter Fashion Finds - Femme Luxe Finery

Well, Thanksgiving and Christmas have already passed and I must say, it's been one of the best Christmas's yet.  Although I love the holidays, I also glad that they are over and things are starting to get back to normal.  What I mean by normal is...tree is down so I can have more room in my small living room and all the over eating from the holidays is behind me.

I swear, I have ate so much these past two months that I feel like I need to go to some sort of boot camp to get my body back.  It's no secret that I've put on a lot of weight the past couple years, but being that the New Year is just a few days from now, I have made a commitment to myself to get back in shape; to get my body back that I had at least four years ago.

This also means I can start enjoying some of those favorite clothes I love from Femme Luxe Finery.  You guys know by now I'm a huge fan of Femme Luxe Finery's clothes.  They have some of the most reasonable priced fashion clothes that I absolutely love! The first is this cozy Pink Knitted Oversized Jumper Dress Sweater. The next two items are the same, but different colors.  It is the Long Sleeve Belted Utility Cargo Jacket.  The two colors shown are the white and the stone and feature the same style.  This jacket has it all!  It has the cargo pockets with a button down jacket that comes with not only a one belt, but two! One belt has a square and the other is an extra long belt for an added fashion statement!  It also features a five pocket utility design to set off this jacket like no other.  This jacket can be paired with matching bicycle shorts, denim shorts, jeans and leggings.  I am absolutely in love with the style of this jacket!  For you smaller gals, this jacket can be the bomb!  Pull that utility belt a little snug and show off what this jacket has!  For me, wearing this jacket open, without being buttoned allows me to not only show off the jacket, but also allows me to show what I'm wearing under it.  If you want to see how this Long Sleeve Belted Utility Cargo Jacket looks on someone smaller, such as the model, head on over to HERE.

Summer and Fall Fashion - Femme Luxe Finery

You guys know what time it is?  It's another haul from Femme Luxe Finery!  Just when I begin to think that I possibly can't find anything else for me and my body, Femme Luxe Finery pleasantly surprised me with new items added to their site.

With Fall just about on  us, I have begun looking more for warmer clothes that can still be worn in between Fall and Winter and even at the end of Summer.  Like I've said before, I'm not ready to rid of my t-shirts.  I wear t-shirts on a daily basis, especially after I get home from work...and even on the weekends.  But...I AM ready to pull out my long sleeve hoodies, long sleeve sweater dress shirt and jeans.

Now, just because cooler weather is almost here, doesn't mean that Femme Luxe Finery has shut their doors on their hot, sexy tops and pants for the party animals and for the night life.  You will still be able to find their selection of lacy camisoles, low cut tops an classy and elegant jumpsuits when you visit their site.  You HAVE visited their site...right?!

The first new item, shown below, is my favorite this go around.  It is Khaki Green Oversized Sweater Dress.  One...I love the color.  It just has Fall written all over it.  Second...It's my type of sweater that I love to wear when  cooler weather begins to hit.  I have the option to wear it with leggings, jeans or as a sweater dress.  I can pair this up with some black booties if worn as a sweater dress, dazzle it up with some black wedges or heels for that long sweater look with leggings or finish the look off with jeans and brown or tan boots.  This sweater has multiple purposes and can be worn many ways.  It is so soft, comfy and warm...but not too heavy to where it is too hot to wear during the Fall.

The second outfit is the Black Loungewear Track Suit.  The loungewear is more form fitting than the boxy cut loungewear that I currently own and previously posted.  The pants are more snug, as well as the top, but still gives a slightly relaxed fit. The pants have an elastic fitted ankle and the outfit, itself, is made of 95% polyester and 5% Elastane.  Perfect outfit for keeping warm, snug and lounging around in.

Third is the Black Faux Leather Look Leggings.  These leggings are high waisted and have a sleek, thin feeling to them, resembling leather.  They are not your typical thicker leather leggings, but more on the thinner side.  These leggings can be paired with ANYTHING!  Top it off with your favorite sweater - cropped or long, a long black (or any bright colored) satin top, paired with some black heels or your favorite tank top.  They do have some stretch to them, but are very fitted and hug your body.  I already know that I'm going to wear these faux leather leggings with one of my many Femme Luxe Finery long sweater/sweater dresses.  The Khaki Green Oversized Sweater that I just mentioned above, the Black Long Sleeve "Give In To Me" Sweater and the Black Gold Lips Long Sleeve Sweater would ALL be perfect combos for these leggings.

Last, but certainly not least, is another slogan t-shirt. Do you remember my last post when I absolutely loved the white and slogan tees?  Well, this t-shirt is made just like those two, but with the words, "Ye Saint West" Hidden Hills, USA"
Femme Luxe Finery has several of these slogan tees, with a variation of wording and style.  These are the perfect t-shirts to either wear knotted in the front, or as is.  The t-shirt is stretchy, somewhat thin-but not too thin, soft and very comfortable.  I love slogan tees.  They make a statement and have become very popular among many people, even celebrities.  AND....these are only around 
$8!  Super cute with jeans, shorts and white or black colored pants.

Messic Women's Long Sleeve Cross V-Neck Hoodie Sweatshirt

Fall is finally here and soon, Winter will be on it's way.  Now is the time to break out those long sleeve shirts, hoodies and warm (but not too warm) comfy clothes from your closet.

If you're like me, you have two closets...one for your Winter and Fall stuff and one, that you may be currently using, for your Spring and Summer clothes. Almost every year, no matter how many sweaters or hoodies I may own, I always end up with a couple more new items to add to my collection.

This sweater, shown here, is the long sleeve cross v-neck hoodie sweatshirt by Messic.  Messic is an Amazon store that sells tons of neat, comfortable and great priced clothing.  I have been blessed and honored to have had the opportunity to experience Messic's clothing.  Their tops are always so comfortable and fit me, perfectly.  

This sweatshirt is made just like a hoodie, but in fact, does not actually have a hood!  The shirt is very soft and warm, has a large front pocket (just like your hoodie) and even has the drawstring near the neck.  Everything about this screams hoodie, with the exception of no hood!  This shirt is perfect for those who have casual days at work, but are not allowed to wear hoodies.  The Messic long sleeve cross v-neck hoodie sweatshirt has this neat detail in the neckline area, where the front has a cross v-neck and is adorned with three buttons.

I can't tell you how comfy this shirt feels, on.  I could literally live in this hoodie shirt!  AND...if you're not a big fan of thick bulky sweatshirts or hoodies...then this is the perfect shirt for you!  It is lightweight, without the bulk, but still keeps you warm.

The shirt consists of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.  Anything with spandex is a big plus in my books...just means more comfort!

Gray Tearney Sweater by Sweet Se7ven

I love a good sweater, just like any gal, especially on those cool Autumn and Winter days.  I love the sweater to be loose, but not too baggy but I also love a sweater that has a little stretch to it, so as not to be too tight. I love sweaters that has their own style...something different, and that is what I got with Sweet Se7ven's Tearney sweater.

The Sweet Se7ven Tearney sweater is a long sleeve gray sweater that has a delicate white lace sewn onto the sweater.  The white lace begins on the front of the sweater, in a V-shaped pattern and continues on each sleeve as well as on the back shoulder area.  It's a really cute sweater that can be dressy or casual, depending if you wear it with jeans or leggings.  

It has a round scoop neck and I love how the sweater conforms to my body.  It's not too tight and does have a little stretch to it, that I like.  I like the gray color, as it seems this a color that will go great with any other color.  I can pair it up with black, gray white or even burgundy leggings, as shown in the photo.  

Sweet Se7ven has many fashionable women clothing.  Their site breaks down the styles they receive each week or month, as well as new arrivals.  I've tried looking for this sweater on their site, after receiving it, but cannot find it.  I assume once they receive new arrivals, that some items may be discontinued (or at least not shown for that month) anymore.  Either way, you will find tons of fashionable clothing on their site.  If you are looking for a tunic, dress, leggings or seasonal wear, Sweet Se7ven has you covered.

LL- Short Open Knit Asymmetric Pullover #Poncho Sweater Top Shawl #Wrap

Seems like everywhere you turn, someone is wearing some sort of shawl, wrap or poncho. This piece of clothing has become popular here, recently and seems to have made a comeback.  Shawls (or ponchos) have taken on a new, with many different styles of look. You have those shawls or ponchos with fringe, asymmetrical lines, with and without turtlenecks, the traditional triangular shape as well as those with a cape style.

Whatever your style of poncho, Accessory Necessary on Amazon has something for you. This shawl, shown here, is a black cowl neck open knit shawl.  It is made of 100% acrylic. Although it's made of acrylic, the shawl sweater is still very soft to the touch.  This poncho comes in assorted patterns and weaves, as well as colors.  Some of the colors available include: Light Grey, Khaki, Red, Black, Brown, Ivory and Beige.  Of course, each of these colors have a different pattern or look to them.  

These ponchos can be worn in different ways.  In the picture above, I've chose to wear the poncho with the pointed sides in front and back, BUT...this can also be worn with the pointed part on the sides, leaving the front and back a little on the shorter side with the sides being longer.  The khaki color poncho shows pointed part of poncho worn on the sides.

This poncho seems lightweight enough to wear during chilly weather and can also take the place of a jacket or sweater during breezy cooler weather.  Some of us are not big fans of heavy sweaters or coats, so this poncho is ideal for those who want something to cover our arms, but without being too bulky, heavy or constricting.  I love this poncho!  I love how free it hangs on me and also how I can wear this to work and on the weekends as a fashion piece.

Zerlar Open Front Loose Trench Coat Waterfall Cardigan

Are you looking for a cardigan, but can serve as a light jacket or coat?  The weather is not cold enough for a parka or heavy coat, but you still need something that will keep you warm and from the 53 degree weather.  Well, this little number had my name on it.  It is the Zerlar Open Front Trench Coat Waterfall Cardigan.  I can wear this over a solid short (or long) sleeve shirt and pair it up with some leggings to have myself a nice little work outfit.  It's a cardigan sweater, but it also looks like a dressy jacket or coat.

I am not a fan of heavy bulky coats, therefore, this cardigan is perfect for me.  I can just throw this on when going out on the weekends, and still match my outfit to it.  This would look really great with a pair of jeans, finished off with some suede boots.  I normally have to roll up my sleeves on most of my long sleeve shirts, but with this jacket, it actually looks like the sleeves were meant to be rolled up!

The Zerlar Open Front Loose Trench Coat Waterfall Cardigan is available in two colors; Khaki and Grey.  Material of the coat is 90% Acrylic.  The size of the cardigan jacket comes in One Size, which fits sizes 6-12.  The smaller you are, the more roomy this jacket is.  I think I'm probably right on up there with between a 10-12 and this jacket still fits perfectly loose.  I actually think this could fit up to size 14.  I love how the front, flaps open, giving off the appearance of a blazer jacket look, but it's long enough to wear with leggings.  The cardigan goes past my hips and hangs lower in the front, giving it that draping look.  The cardigan has a side pocket on each side, but does not function as a pocket, as these are just pocket flaps.  

It would seem like this waterfall cardigan would be heavy and bulky, just by the looks of it, but it's totally the opposite.  It's lightweight (with just a slight weight to it), not too thick and not too thin and wears rather comfortably.  I can see myself wearing this quite a bit with my black leggings and a black shirt on the weekends!

ReneeC Women's Printed Open Front #Cardigan Sweater

Well, now that the colder weather is upon us, it's time to think about bringing out those long sleeves!  Sweaters, hoodies, scarves and cardigans are all winter pieces that we cannot do without during the winter months.  Each one, mentioned, can be very fashionable and worn to compliment each other.

This cute cardigan sweater shown here, is the Open Front Cardigan Sweater by ReneeC. ReneeC is sold by FoxyLux on  Amazon and they have some really cute items, this, being one of them.  This is your basic black cardigan that has a white diamond pattern print on the front of the cardigan, as well as on the sleeves.  It's 50% acrylic and 50% Polyamide and is a very durable, thick and warm sweater.  This would look nice paired with some black leggings and black boots, topped off with a red or matching colored scarf.

The ReneeC Cardigan Sweater has a snap closure near the neck with two front pockets.  I don't know about you, but I love a sweater that has pockets. Not only to slide my hands into them to keep them warm while in a cold place, but also to tote my cell phone or other small item.  The bottom of the sweater comes to mid hip and is perfect to wear with a longer tunic style shirt.  

This Printed Open Front Cardigan Sweater is so warm.  It's nice and cozy when I need something to cover my arms, as I tend to stay cold a lot.  It is a knitted cardigan that has a medium to heavy weight to it.  This cardigan is the perfect color to go with just about anything and should be your "go-to" cardigan when wearing it with your favorite pair of jeans or pants.

Bestal Women's Crochet Bikini Cover Up Review

I love the beach and I love swim suits, but I don't totally love showing off my 'not-so-ready-beach-body' when walking to the beach.  That's why I am always looking for some sort of beach cover up to go over my swim suit, whether it's shorts and tank or a long flowing beach cover up.

Thanks to Fulsen, on Amazon, the Bestal Women's Crotchet Bikini Cover Up is a great way to cover up, but still allow your bikini to show through.  This white cover up looks as if it would be hot for the summer, but actually, it's lightweight, due to it being crotchet and openings in the cover up.  It is not a long cover up, but it does cover up majority of your swimsuit, without being too long.  It looks more like a light sweater, but I think that's what makes this cover up look unique.

It's made from cotton and comes in Asian sizes, Small-Large (keep in mind, Asian sizes tend to run a bit smaller than U.S. sizes).  It has a bit of a stretch to it and comes in Black or White color options.
