Body Shaping and Body Contouring Products That Help Shape and Contour Your Body

With Spring already here and Summer right around the corner, many of us women are looking for ways to get into shape.  Many of us, especially during this pandemic, have been secluded to our homes, preventing us to get to the gym.  If you're one of the lucky ones who has a home gym set up in your home, congrats...you were probably able to stay in shape.

But for those, such as myself, I've let myself go, gotten lazy and now...I'm trying to find ways to snap myself back into shape; even if it's to only half way to where I was before I gained all this weight.  Diet and exercise have always been the old school way of losing weight and toning up those troubled areas, but I've come to realize, that having a positive mind and positive attitude is the number one way of reaching our goals.

NOW...that doesn't mean we can't try and take advantage of some of these weight training tools I've been seeing and hearing about, such as the Plus Size Waist Trainer for Women.  I've been seeing a lot about these Waist Trainers; how they are designed to slim the waistline while working out...or just by wearing around the house, and helps increase sweat production to contour and shape your waistline area. The first item is the awesome Neon Green Satin Buttoned Up Tie Front Shirt. The size of this shirt is size 14 and fits me perfectly!  I was skeptical, at first, mainly because it didn't look like a size 14, but my mind was put at ease when I tried it on.  It's so satiny, smooth and falls into place.  It has a tie front, collar and cuffed sleeves and how cool would this look with a pair of faux leather or PU pants?  Or...add a pair of distressed blue jean shorts, with this shirt. This shirt is just as pretty, if not prettier, in person. Love, Love, Love this shirt! 

The next two items are similar and the same as another item, but since it fits so well and is very comfortable, I decided to order it in the colors Khaki (olive green) and black color.  It is the Short Sleeve Boxy Lounge Wear set that has a matching pant to the top, with the pants having pockets and a drawstring attached to the front of the pants.  The top is about a mid length top, hitting me right above my hips and barely covering my lower stomach area. If you are taller, this shirt may hit you right about your hips.  I'm in love with the fabric.  It's super soft, not thin...but not too thick either. The outfit does have some stretch, making this the perfect lounge wear to lounge in.  The size I chose in this is a Med/Large (12-14)

The last item is another one of my favorites.  It too, is a similar top I have from Femme Luxe Finery, but has this large bronze-y lip on the front AND...has a hoodie!  It's the Black Gold Lip Print Hoodie.  It has long sleeves, a little on the thicker side than my other sweater, but feels so comfy and warm (not like you're actually gonna wear it this summer!)  The front graphic of the bronze-y lip is what caught my attention and I knew I had to have this hoodie...yes, it's an actually hoodie!  If I'm gonna wear a hoodie...I don't want it to be plain looking and let me tell ya...this is DEFINITELY NOT PLAIN!  The size of this hoodie is XL (14/16) but could have went with a Large...but I'm not complaining because I love my hoodies (especially in the winter) on the larger side.

SILKWORLD'S Men's Athletic Shorts With Pockets

Although the time for the beach, swimming and summer are just about over (considering where you live), it doesn't mean you have to put your shorts up just quite yet.

When it comes to men, they have a variety of shorts from walking, gym and swimming trunks.  For men, shorts that serve multi purposes, such as gym and beach shorts, can still be worn, even after Summer is gone.

These shorts shown here, are by Silkworld, on Amazon.  These are Silkworld's Men's Athletic Shorts with Pockets.  These shorts are great for the beach, gym, swimming, running or just for relaxing at home.  They have 100% Nylon mesh lining, feel just like swim trunks, but are a tad bit shorter than some men's swimming trunks.  

These Silkworld's Men's Athletic Shorts has 3 pockets, great for keeping your keys, cell phone and wallet. They also have a nice wide elastic band with drawstring, which make these shorts more comfortable and not too binding. They come in several colors, which include:

These are nice and well made and are very durable.  I will remind you, these are in Asian sizes, so if you want a more loose and comfortable fit, I would recommend ordering a size up.  I ordered these for my son who normally wears a Large in shorts and sized these shorts up to an XXL.  They fit him perfectly.

The shorts I received are blue, with black trimming.  The blue is a vibrant blue, that does not seem faded and has the black trim around the bottom of the legs.

Good morning, ladies and gents!  Now, I don't want you guys thinking that I am forgetting about you, when I write.  We all know that Father's Day is just right around the corner and what better way to celebrate, than to shop for that special guy.

Whether it be wives and girlfriends, shopping for their significant other or sons shopping for their dads, clothing is probably gonna be one of those things you buy.  Some men are into electronics and technology stuff, while some have not interest in these all together, my husband, for one.

It seems like today, it's hard to find those original shorts that were made before the long baggy cargo shorts came out.  The material of these shorts are of a very good quality fabric and are not thin, nor too thick.  They do not feel cheap and they do not feel as if they would wear out real soon.

Men's Chino Shorts by Match Garments

Summer is right upon us, but even with Spring, warm weather is already here. It's time to break out the shorts, not only for women, for men as well.  Shorts is one of those garments that can be seen worn by everyone, as soon as the weather permits and they come in many styles, designs and colors.

Just because I write a lot about women and baby fashion, doesn't mean I have to leave you guys out!  Father's Day is soon approaching and what better way to prepare for that special day, than by shopping for that special guy!

The shorts shown here, are by Match Garments.  Match Garments is an Amazon store that sells men's shorts, as well as other pieces for men.  They have shorts in all styles, lengths and sizes as well as men's shirts, pants and more.

These particular chino shorts come in 23 different colors and designs (patterns.) These are regular fit, but if you are looking for something not-so-slim, check out their other men's shorts.  The shorts come in sizes US 28 to US 36 (these are Asian sizes, so be sure to check out the US sizes.)  Colors range from Yellow, Black, Gray, plaid and white.  They are 100% cotton, straight leg and sits at waist.

Mullsan Women's Fitted Scallop Hem Crochet Tiered Lace Shorts #scallopshorts

Summer may be ending in about a month, but there is still time to wear summer shorts, capris and tanks.  The mornings have been cooler these past two days, but with temps still in the high 80's, I will continue to wear my shorts as long as I can.

Mullsan, on Amazon, has these trendy shorts that I've been seeing around lately in stores. Ever since I've first seen them, I knew I wanted a pair.  Thanks to Mullsan, they were kind enough to send me a pair to review.  These awesome shorts are the Fitted Scallop Hem Crochet Tiered Lace Shorts.  They are different than most shorts, as these have the Scalloped Hem Tiered Lace that I love and what makes these shorts stand out.

The Women's Fitted Scallop Hem Crochet Tiered Lace Shorts are 90% cotton and 10% Spandex ( a big plus when you're looking for stretch).  They have an elastic waistband that allows the shorts to stretch and is actually pretty comfortable.  These shorts run in Asian sizes, which are smaller than U.S. sizes...therefore, you will need to order a size or two larger to fit.  I normally wear a Large, so I ordered an XL in their size.  Fits perfectly.  

These shorts are perfect for either casual day wear or a night out.  If you are hitting up the club, shorts are an 'IN" thing right now, especially with heels.  These would be perfect.  Pair these shorts up with either a tank or a semi-long tunic top and you have a comfortable summer outfit!

I was worried that these shorts may fit a bit shorter that I would have liked, but once I tried them on, my worries were gone.  They are about the right length and are not too short in the back (can't have the booty dropping out!) and have a detailed lace that covers the whole shorts.  The sizes that are available are below.

Allegra K Romper Review

I've never worn rompers, but always loved the looks of them once I've seen them on models and in the stores.  The Romper I received was a Watermelon colored romper by Allegra K, sold by uxcell, via Amazon.    uxcell, was kind enough to send me a complimentary Allegra K Tiered Ruffled Romper for review.  

First of all, the romper was a little larger than what I expected for a large...but that's quite okay!  I love the extra room and the comfort of this romper.  The straps are adjustable and the romper has a drawstring, at the waist, to make the romper smaller at the waist.  The romper is very well made and fits just right. The romper also has pockets.  BIG BONUS!

I love the Watermelon color of this romper.  It's so Summery!  is that even a word?  It's not very often I find a one piece, that fits loose and comfy, without being too tight in any one place.  UXCELL is the authorized seller of all Allegra K products.  The romper has a square neckline that is embellished with ruffles!  The neckline also has a slight stretch, as well as the waist.  It's 95% polyester and 5% spandex. 

I believe I could have gotten by with a medium, as this romper tends to run a little on the large size.  If you like a lot of room in your romper, order your normal size, but for those who want a fitted size, I would order a size smaller.  Either way, I'm very happy with my romper. At this time, I am trying to lose a few pounds, in this case, I may alter the romper when this happens.
