Summer and Fall Fashion - Femme Luxe Finery

You guys know what time it is?  It's another haul from Femme Luxe Finery!  Just when I begin to think that I possibly can't find anything else for me and my body, Femme Luxe Finery pleasantly surprised me with new items added to their site.

With Fall just about on  us, I have begun looking more for warmer clothes that can still be worn in between Fall and Winter and even at the end of Summer.  Like I've said before, I'm not ready to rid of my t-shirts.  I wear t-shirts on a daily basis, especially after I get home from work...and even on the weekends.  But...I AM ready to pull out my long sleeve hoodies, long sleeve sweater dress shirt and jeans.

Now, just because cooler weather is almost here, doesn't mean that Femme Luxe Finery has shut their doors on their hot, sexy tops and pants for the party animals and for the night life.  You will still be able to find their selection of lacy camisoles, low cut tops an classy and elegant jumpsuits when you visit their site.  You HAVE visited their site...right?!

The first new item, shown below, is my favorite this go around.  It is Khaki Green Oversized Sweater Dress.  One...I love the color.  It just has Fall written all over it.  Second...It's my type of sweater that I love to wear when  cooler weather begins to hit.  I have the option to wear it with leggings, jeans or as a sweater dress.  I can pair this up with some black booties if worn as a sweater dress, dazzle it up with some black wedges or heels for that long sweater look with leggings or finish the look off with jeans and brown or tan boots.  This sweater has multiple purposes and can be worn many ways.  It is so soft, comfy and warm...but not too heavy to where it is too hot to wear during the Fall.

The second outfit is the Black Loungewear Track Suit.  The loungewear is more form fitting than the boxy cut loungewear that I currently own and previously posted.  The pants are more snug, as well as the top, but still gives a slightly relaxed fit. The pants have an elastic fitted ankle and the outfit, itself, is made of 95% polyester and 5% Elastane.  Perfect outfit for keeping warm, snug and lounging around in.

Third is the Black Faux Leather Look Leggings.  These leggings are high waisted and have a sleek, thin feeling to them, resembling leather.  They are not your typical thicker leather leggings, but more on the thinner side.  These leggings can be paired with ANYTHING!  Top it off with your favorite sweater - cropped or long, a long black (or any bright colored) satin top, paired with some black heels or your favorite tank top.  They do have some stretch to them, but are very fitted and hug your body.  I already know that I'm going to wear these faux leather leggings with one of my many Femme Luxe Finery long sweater/sweater dresses.  The Khaki Green Oversized Sweater that I just mentioned above, the Black Long Sleeve "Give In To Me" Sweater and the Black Gold Lips Long Sleeve Sweater would ALL be perfect combos for these leggings.

Printed Leggings by Svogue Vaner

I'm not going to lie...I am huge on dressing and being comfortable in what I am wearing.  I went through a phase where I wanted to wear the top trending fashions, no matter how tight or how uncomfortable they were.  now, as I am getting older, I lean more towards what makes ME feel good.

Leggings have always been a huge part of my wardrobe and that will probably never change.  They are versatile, trendy and comfy.  You can find almost any top to go with leggings.  You can dress them up...or down and they come in many colors, styles and designs.

The leggings that I am wearing here are the Svogue Vaner High Waisted Tummy Control Leggings.  What I love about these leggings (besides the design) is that they have this wide waist band (not the skinny ones you used to see) and it makes these leggings very easy to wear, not to mention, control that tummy...just a little bit.

They are made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex.  They are said not to fade or shrink.  They will not dig into your legs like some leggings and will not cause irritation. They are very form fitting, which makes them perfect for long tunics, shirt dresses or even a sporty shirt and jacket.  Oh...and did I mention that these leggings feel so soft...and yes...comfortable!

I normally tend to stick with the solid colored leggings, especially black, but I have begun to come out of my comfort zone and try some of these cute printed leggings.  I love them on other people, such as my friends and co-workers, but never really thought about wearing them myself....What do you guys think?

New Fashion Items at Femme Luxe Finery

The first item is the awesome Neon Green Satin Buttoned Up Tie Front Shirt. The size of this shirt is size 14 and fits me perfectly!  I was skeptical, at first, mainly because it didn't look like a size 14, but my mind was put at ease when I tried it on.  It's so satiny, smooth and falls into place.  It has a tie front, collar and cuffed sleeves and how cool would this look with a pair of faux leather or PU pants?  Or...add a pair of distressed blue jean shorts, with this shirt. This shirt is just as pretty, if not prettier, in person. Love, Love, Love this shirt! 

The next two items are similar and the same as another item, but since it fits so well and is very comfortable, I decided to order it in the colors Khaki (olive green) and black color.  It is the Short Sleeve Boxy Lounge Wear set that has a matching pant to the top, with the pants having pockets and a drawstring attached to the front of the pants.  The top is about a mid length top, hitting me right above my hips and barely covering my lower stomach area. If you are taller, this shirt may hit you right about your hips.  I'm in love with the fabric.  It's super soft, not thin...but not too thick either. The outfit does have some stretch, making this the perfect lounge wear to lounge in.  The size I chose in this is a Med/Large (12-14)

The last item is another one of my favorites.  It too, is a similar top I have from Femme Luxe Finery, but has this large bronze-y lip on the front AND...has a hoodie!  It's the Black Gold Lip Print Hoodie.  It has long sleeves, a little on the thicker side than my other sweater, but feels so comfy and warm (not like you're actually gonna wear it this summer!)  The front graphic of the bronze-y lip is what caught my attention and I knew I had to have this hoodie...yes, it's an actually hoodie!  If I'm gonna wear a hoodie...I don't want it to be plain looking and let me tell ya...this is DEFINITELY NOT PLAIN!  The size of this hoodie is XL (14/16) but could have went with a Large...but I'm not complaining because I love my hoodies (especially in the winter) on the larger side.

Femme Luxe - Affordable, Fashionable and Hot!

I'm back!  And this time, Femme Luxe didn't disappoint me!  First of all, let me start by saying, that if I was the slim model type, I would be going all out and braving the hot, sexy items that Femme Luxe has!  Some of their pant suits are just SO cute, elegant and made for parties and evening wear...but...as I'm NOT that model, I've settled on some sweaters and leggings, as well as a pant suit, that are JUST as fashionable, comfortable and has me smiling ear from ear!

Take a look at the first sweater.  Look familiar?  This Neon Green Oversized Sweater is just like the Gray one I posted, not too long ago.  This is the size ML and is plenty big enough to be very roomy and comfortable and oh, did I mention...it's so soft and cuddly!  I think this is my favorite, so far.  I can pair it up with some nice black leggings and finish it off with some cute ankle boots. Available sizes are SM (4/6) and ML (8/10).  Go check out their collection for more color options.  They have a extreme pink color as well.

The next sweater is the Extreme Polo Neck Oversized Sweater in the camel color.  It does have a bit snugger turtle neck, but has these awesome extra wide sleeves that I'm in love with.  Any sweater, or blouse at that, that has loose, comfy and non-constricting sleeves, gets an A+ in my books.  This sweater is available in several colors (Camel, Khaki, Mustard & Pink)  Available sizes are SM (8/10) and ML (12/14).  Can you imagine pairing this up with not only some cute snug leggings and canvas type shoes, but with a fitted leather, knee length skirt?  How cool would that be! This type of sweater can be worn either casual, or dressy, depending on what you pair it up with.

Next up, are the Black Ribbed Knit Leggings.  Ok...how many times have you heard (or seen) me mention leggings?  Seriously!  It's my all go-to item that I must have, ALWAYS have, in my closet.  Leggings are just an essential part of any wardrobe and when you can find a pair that gets off the beaten path of the plain solid colored leggings (yes, solid colored leggings are a necessity for those tops), then you have a winner.  These leggings have a ribbed looked down the legs.  They are soft, stretchy and very comfortable leggings and can be worn while lounging around or...on the weekends, with the gals, paired with some ankle boots, cute sandals or heels and topped with an oversized or long blouse.  Available sizes are: SM (8/10) and ML (12/14) and come in various colors.  

Last, but certainly not least, is the Black Cold Shoulder Long Sleeve Jumpsuit.  OMG!  How cute and sexy is this!  Although I have a bit of a stomach and it shows in this jumpsuit, I definitely love this outfit because it's so dressy and so chic!  It can be worn with some sliders, some cute blingy sandals or heels or even some solid colored canvas shoes.  This jumpsuit is available in several different colors as well as sizes.  Sizes available are: 6,8,10 & 12 with colors of: black, rust and camel.  I love how the shoulder is cut out on one side and the other has a long sleeve, with just part of the neckline separated from the cold shoulder part.  It's so neat and love the unique and different look and feel of this jumpsuit!

You must check out their collections!  There are SO many items that I could just choose for myself and get this...they are ALL very reasonable in price, not to mention, a way lot cheaper (not cheaper in quality) than if you would have purchased these from a well known department or boutique store.  That is why I love shopping online.  I can find very fashionable, trendy and hot clothing for a fraction of the price than if I walked into my local clothing store.  Femme Luxe has some very hot and cute items for your night time, lounging around or for that special party.  Go check them out!

Sports Wear by HBS Group of Industries

Whether I'm working out (which is very minimal, lately) or just lounging around the house, I always want to feel comfortable in what I'm wearing...ALWAYS! Leggings, yoga pants or lounge pants are my go-to pants, as they are stretchy, soft and comfortable.  As a matter of fact, I work full time and leggings (jeggings) are what I wear all that week (during the fall and winter times, anyway.)

Now...if you are the ones who love to work out, get your fitness on or whatever, then you MUST check out these pieces by HBSGOI (HBS Group of Industries.) Pictured below, you will find a sports bra(s), leggings, tank tops and balaclawa.

First of all...the full length leggings are the bomb!  I wore these the very next day, to work.  They are a little stretchy, yet firm enough to hold everything in its place.  The waist band is what I really love.  They have a wide waist band, allowing these pants to feel even more comfortable and not cut into my stomach, like the thinner waistbands. I hate my inner thighs, so these leggings were perfect, in camouflaging them! I know these are probably meant to be workout pants...but hey, they worked as work pants!

In addition to the full leggings, I also received (and loved) the capri leggings. These were basically made the same way like the full leggings, but stopped at he calves, hence, capri leggings.  Some days you want a full legging and then there are days you want something different!

The tank tops I received, are of very nice quality and made very well.  You can tell they are more for working out, but again, they can be worn every day (as long as the weather permits!)  They are form fitting, not loose and hug the body, ensuring that you won't have to worry about anything 'falling out', during your workout (unless, of course, you ordered a size too big!)  They are a little stretchy, but not too stretchy and hold their form well.  I love the brown and gray colors I received, as these are normally the colors I would go with.

Next, we have your sports bra.  Let me tell you...these are some very firm fitting sports bras and you DEFINITELY won't have to worry about anything 'getting loose' when wearing them.  I normally wear a large in tops and sports bra, so when I tried on the large sports bra (bright neon pink), I thought at first, I was trying on a medium.  It fit that snug!  I know I put on some pounds...okay, more than SOME, so receiving all this workout, sports wear, kinda got me thinking..Girl... it's time for your butt to get into gear and lose those pounds!

These sports bras, however, are very well made, they are thick and have a comfortable band, that stretches.  They are not your skimpy sports bra and they cover quite a bit.

Last, we have the balaclawa....okay, at first, when I saw this word, I had no idea what that was...but then, when I opened the package and saw this pair of balaclawa, I knew it went over your head, covered majority of your face and was something I have seen bikers wear.

The balaclawa were actually pretty comfy.  They are a thinner, stretchy type material that easily goes over the head and face, with the bottom covering your neck (at least mine, anyways.)  They are designed to keep your face warm, while outside in colder weather.  All that seems to be exposed are your eyes.  I found that I could move the piece up or down, cover more of my nose if I wanted to, and still have the balaclawa fit very well.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are just right around the corner, with Thanksgiving being almost two weeks away and Christmas a month later, many of us moms are already beginning to shop for Christmas.  Now is the time to begin shopping, whether you are shopping online or physically going into a department store, you don't want all the stress of last minute shopping

Ok, mommies (and daddies), if you are a huge Nightmare Before Christmas fan, you have GOT to check these adorable baby fleece pants out!  These are just too darling and perfect for this upcoming winter...especially Christmas time!

Ok, so you guys should know by now, I'm a huge fan of Etsy.  If you've never shopped Etsy, you guys don't know what you are missing.   There are SO many unique and cute items, not only for babies, for adults as well.

These Jack Skellington, Nightmare Before Christmas pants, are made by Marina Neff, owner of ButtsNPants, on Etsy.  They are made of very soft fleece material and can be custom made with either black or gray waistband and cuffs.  They feature, of course, Jack Skellington, the main character on Nightmare Before Christmas.

I can't get over how soft these baby pants are.  This is one of the most perfect materials for your baby, as it will feel soft and gently against the baby's skin. You can tell just how perfect the stitching and lines are in these pants, just by viewing the photo above. The pants are available in sizes 0-3 months to 3-4T. They are very very reasonably priced, starting at only $15.99 for for 0-3 months.  You can't beat that for something that is not only hand made by an Etsy seller, but also made very very well.

Faux Leather Leggings

Leggings have become very popular over the years and they never seem to go out of style. Leggings can be paired up with a tank top, long tunic blouse and even a shirt dress.  The best way to pair up leggings, in my opinion, is by combining a fitted legging with a loose and flowing top that comes past your hips.

Leggings come in various colors and styles, prints and solids and even different type of materials.  The leggings shown here, are the Faux Leather Leggings.  They have the look and feel of leather, but without the price.  The Faux Leather Leggings are actually quite comfortable and look amazing with some black boot or high heels.  These leggings have a wide waist band for comfort and has a generous amount of stretch to them.

SEJORA Fleece Lined Leggings with High Waist Compression

Every women should have a pair of leggings.  Leggings are the "go-to" item when looking for something comfortable, stylish and fashionable...as long as they are paired with something that compliments the leggings.  Leggings are often paired with a long loose shirt, such as a tunic or Piko top, long vest - whether it's a summer or winter vest and finished off with some cute boots, booties or sandals.  

I love leggings.  I own several pairs of them.  These leggings, by Sejora, are a little different. They have fleece lining inside, to keep your legs warm during the winter months.  These are the first pair of leggings that I own, that have fleece lining inside of them and I will admit, they felt pretty darn nice!  They feel just like regular leggings, but more warmth and thickness to them.  They almost felt like I was wearing pajamas, but on a more snug level.  I love the high waist band, although I didn't quite pull the pants up as high as shown in the photo.  

These Sejora fleece lined leggings give off a slimming effect to the legs, which I love, cause lets admit it, I need a little slimming in that area!  These are one-size-fits all and when I first opened that package and saw how tiny they were at the waist, I gasped.  I thought, "How in the world am I gonna fit into those!"  But to my surprise, they fit perfect!  They have LOTS of stretch to them, but do not seem to stretch out of shape.  They were not tight at all, like I expected them to be and may be one of the most comfortable pairs of leggings I own.

The Sejora fleece lined leggings has a high waisted band that tucks in your waistline and hides any rolls.  The fleece lining does not add any extra bulk to these leggings and will keep you warm in any setting.  The leggings are made of 92% nylon and 8% spandex. The leggings have tapered legs, elongating and giving your legs a more slimming look.  The Sejora fleece lined leggings come in several colors: Burgundy (as shown), Black, Black Love, Black Sport, Blue, Khaki, Mocha, Olive, Pink and Red.  Plenty of colors to choose from!  The Black Sport and Black Love are black fleece lined leggings that have the words, Love and Sport, down the side of the legs in white.

I love these fleece lined leggings by Sejora!  I can't express how comfy they are and how they are the most comfortable pairs of leggings I own.  There is no tightness in the waist area or cutting into my skin.  Love them!

Dinamit Jeans Juniors Skinny Fit French Terry Jeggings

One of the must haves for me is leggings, or in this case, jeggings.  Jeggings and leggings are one piece of clothing that can be paired up with anything!  I love jeggings with a long flowing shirt and paired of with some cute sandals or boots.  Jeggings and leggings seem to have been around for many many years and is one article of clothing that never seems to go out of style.  There are many color options to choose from, besides your standard black and brown.   

I recently received two pair of jeggings from Fashion Outlet on Amazon.  Bright Green and an Old Pink, two colors I don't normally wear in a pant, but wanted to add more colors to my collection of jeggings I already owned.  First of all, these jeggings are totally different than the ones I already own.  They are thicker, softer and longer in the legs.  I've never had a pair of jeggings that were as thick as these!   These will definitely be perfect for the winter time as they feel so warm and soft, yet still act as jeggings.

The brand is Dinamit Jeans and they are the Skinny Fit French Terry Jeggings.  They consist of 95% cotton and 5% spandex...enough stretch to fit me comfortably.  The extra length in these jeggings make it perfect if I want to wear ankle to mid calf boots without the pant legs popping out of them.  The Dinamit jeans look like real jeans, but more form fitting and available in many colors.

These Dinamit Skinny Fit French Terry Jeggings tend to run smaller than normal, therefore; you will need to order a size larger.  I received the XL and before even putting them on, looked like a small medium.  I  normally wear a medium-large in jeggings, so an XL in this brand was a perfect fit. I am totally happy with the way these jeggings feel and fit!  A girl can't have too many colored jeggings in her closet and I'm thrilled Fashion Outlet has many colors and styles to choose from AND at a reasonable cost!

Dorzi Women's Smocked Waist Baggy Bohemian Harem Pants

Let me start off by saying, I love Palazzo Pants ( and I only have maybe two pairs!) and I love the comfort and looseness of them.  They are some of the most comfortable pair of pants I own.  Both of my Palazzo Pants are of Polyester/Spandex mix and are stretchy, even to fit if you've gained just a few pounds.  There are so many designs, patterns, styles, etc. to choose from and you just can't have one pair.

I was fortunate to receive another pair of Palazzo pants, this time, from Dorzi on Amazon. These are a black/white design, similar to that of an Aztec or tribal print.  They are Polyester/Spandex mix and have a little stretch to them due to the Spandex.  They are of a lightweight material and I love the feel of them.  

The Dorzi Smocked Waist Baggy Bohemian Pants can be worn as a casual pant or as a dressy pant, depending what you pair them up with.  Pair them up with a solid colored t-shirt and flip flops and you have your casual look.  Dress them up with a droop v-neck blouse or a sexy spaghetti strap top and you have your dressy evening look.  

As a reminder, these pants run in Asian sizes.  What that means is, you will need to order a size or two larger to match your normal size.  I normally request an XL in pants when ordering from China, because I like my pants to fit either loose or exactly right.  In this case, I ordered a Large, thinking since these have Spandex, they have stretch and that I normally wear a Large in the Palazzo pants, that these would do just fine.... The only downside about these pants....THEY RUN WAY TOO SMALL!  Although I love the looks, the design and the feel of these pants and I CAN FIT INTO THEM, they are way too tight to be baggy bohemian pants, let alone palazzo pants as shown in the photos.

I probably could wear these with a long shirt and they would look more between a snug fitting palazzo to leggings, and that's probably what I will do.  Although they fit tighter than I would have liked, they still have that comfort fitting when I wear them.  I just wish they were a size bigger, to allow more of a 'loose' fitting in the thigh area.
