Women's Two Piece Hoodie Track Suit Set From Amazon

Good morning, y'all!  It's about 4:45 am as I sit down to right my next clothing find.  This one is from Amazon and is the Blue Women's Two Piece Hoodie Track Suit Set from Amazon.  The blue is such a brilliant bright blue and I am so surprised of how well it fit!  The jacket has a hoodie and zips up in the front.  It's made to fit like a bodycon piece of clothing, but the pants....Oh my goodness, these pants fit like a dream.  I was a little skeptical when I received this set, as the pants looked kind of small, but I knew they had some stretch, just by the feel of them.

These pants have so much stretch to them, but at the same time, are really really comfortable. And, even though the jacket is a bodycon jacket, the pants do not fit that way...unless you buy a smaller size.  I LOVE how these pants fit and if you didn't know they were part of a track suit, you would think they were regular pair of pants.  These pants, I plan on wearing to work and out, while shopping.  They are not too short in the legs and being that I'm only 5'2", the length is perfect, as they go all the way down to my feet!  These will definitely be my favorite piece to wear around the house!

Keep that in mind when you are choosing YOUR size that best fits you.

Affordable and Fun Fashion - Femme Luxe Finery

Good morning guys and gals...or evening to those across the country!  These past two weeks have been kind of a roller coaster for me, from doctor visits, work, etc, but it's all getting better!  As usual, work has been kind of hectic, slowed down a bit, but still...hectic.  But you know what...I wouldn't change it a bit.

I've been attempting to lose some weight (noticed I said tempting).  It's not as easy to stay on a specific diet or eating plan, whether it be Keto, Low Carb, clean eating, etc, but I WILL DO IT!  I'm trying to stay positive, and for the most part, I am...I guess I'm just a little impatient and, at times, get discouraged, but by the Summer of 2021, my plans are to have lost at least 
50 lbs.

But, on to a more fun subject...fashion!  You guys know by now I'm a huge lover of Femme Luxe Finery's clothes.  Whatever is trending, popular and hot, Femme Luxe Finery has it!  Tie dye is coming back and making a huge hit in the world, but today, I'm here to show a few more new items from the brand, one of them, geared for the winter season...yes, you heard me, the winter season (I couldn't pass it up!)

This is one of my favorite tees by Femme Luxe Finery.  It is the Black Leopard Print 'Femme La Mode' Slogan Print T-Shirt.  I already have this black shirt with the pink and black leopard print lips, but I really wanted one that was black with the gold/yellow lips.  These shirts are available in larger sizes (which I love) and let me tell you, they are so much more roomy-er than their original t-shirts. I didn't notice at the time I got this, but this shirt matches my leopard print pajama pants perfectly!  These t-shirts also seem to have a bit more stretch (big plus for me!).

The second item is also a tee.  Once again, I love slogan tees, and this one has "No Bad Vibes".  I love it!  I love when a tee has a slogan that is so appropriate and has positive messages written across them.  Not in black, but in pink, is the Pink 'No Bad Vibes' Oversized T-Shirt.  This shirt is considered over-sized but I do feel as if it fits a little more 'not over-sized' for me.  It's probably due to the fact I ordered a size smaller, being it was considered over-sized.  Either way, it fits perfectly and I love it!  This shirt is available in white, black and pink.

The third item is another set that I currently own, but in a different color.  I knew when I received my first one, I had to have another in a different color.  This is the Taupe & Black Oversized Hoodie Shorts Loungewear Set.  This short set is thicker than your average short set, but can be worn during the Spring, Summer and maybe Fall.  The hoodie jacket is sleeveless and has pockets on each side with a zip up front.  The shorts have a drawstring and let me mention, these shorts are super comfy!  Add a long sleeve shirt under the jacket and it can be worn during the warmer part of Fall.

Comfy Wear - All From Femme Luxe Finery

 I can definitely tell that Summer has finally made it!  80 degree weather, sunny (not to mention a lot of rain) and to the point where the air has to finally be turned on!  Being that I live in Southeast Missouri, the boothheel to be exact, you never know what kind of weather you are going to get.  It could be 80 degree one day and then, without warning, you wake up to 50 to 60 degree weather...it can be crazy sometimes!

What's My Go-To Casual Wear...T-shirts!

As we venture off into May, I am still slacking on getting that summer tan.  Normally, I already have a base tan worked up, but I just can't seem to get myself either outside, or in the tanning bed.  Guys...my legs are white as a ghost and they are embarrassing!  Luckily, I can't say that for my arms (well, at least the part not covered by a t-shirt).  And, with that being said, my go-to casual wear is just that...t-shirts!

If you've been following along with me, you know by now that t-shirts are my favorite when it comes to hanging out at home on the weekends, grocery shopping or what have you.  Not only do I love t-shirts, but those that splash a colorful slogan across the front are my favs!  Depending on what type of tee I'm wearing, I can actually turn a casual t-shirt into something a little more...um...dressy, to somewhat.

Check out how I pair each of these t-shirts up.  All the t-shirts I'm wearing are black (I love black!) but have different slogans across them.  I will say, these are by far, my favorite t-shirts by Femme Luxe Finery; not only because they fit better due to these being over sized (and they're longer), but I just love how they feel like actual t-shirts and I love these types of sayings.

The first t-shirt has the word 'Overdressed' written across the front.  It is the Overdressed, oversized t-shirt.  Out of the four tees, this is my favorite saying, because honestly...I'm NEVER overdressed and love this, especially on a t-shirt.  I like to pair black tees with matching black shorts.  I love the whole look of a black outfit, even if I'm just hanging out at home.  This, as well as the other black t-shirts shown below, will also look hot with black leather pants...that's what I call dressing a tee, up! (being that I have already worn this multiple times and it's in the laundry, Femme Luxe Finery model is shown below)

When You Can't Go Out And Shop Due To COVID-19 - Shop Femme Luxe Finery!

The first item is a slogan t-shirt...yes, another slogan shirt, but this time, instead of being black or white, Femme Luxe Finery actually had this in a light beige color!  It has the word, "Babe" written across it and it's so cute (did I mention I love slogan shirts?!)  This is the Beige "Babe" Slogan Print Crew Neck T Shirt. This would look so cute paired with jeans and a sleeveless blue jean jacket.  Forego all the denim and pair it up with some beige shorts or khaki shorts!  I usually wear an XL in shirts, so with this t-shirt I'm wearing a M/L (8/10)

The second item is this cute, cute, cute pink ribbed floral mesh sleeve top!  It's like a hot pink and the sleeves makes this top!  The material is stretchy and has a ribbed bodice, much like Femme Luxe Finery's ribbed leggings.  This top will surely add a punch of color to your wardrobe. The shirt does have a generous stretch to it and would look awesome paired with some white capri summer pants with metallic sandals! As mentioned above, I'm wearing a M/L (8/10).

The third item (and also the fourth item) is the Mesh Tie Bow Front Ribbed Frill Top.  I chose this item in two different colors; black and gray, as those are the two colors I seem to wear the most and after choosing a bright pink top in the above, I decided to neutralize a bit with this one.  This Mesh Tie Bow Front Ribbed Top is basically the same ribbed bodice as the Floral Mesh & Lace Ribbed top as above, but the sleeves in this one, is one and the same material throughout, with the end of the sleeves slightly flared.  The neck of this top has two beads in the back that hook into an eyelet like loop and the front of the top has this sassy, kick ass bow!  Not only cute...but stylish and perfect as work attire!  AND, being that this top comes in multiple of colors, why not get this in several colors for work? I'm wearing the M/L (8/10)

Perfect Work & Weekend Attire - Femme Luxe Finery

It seems like it's been a while since I've posted a new blog post, but today...It's a brand new day!  Lately, I've been reading up, watching and trying to grasp a new thing...but I will leave that for another post.

It's almost a new month and March will be here before you know it.  February's not been too bad (I know it's winter and we HAVE to have cold weather) but I'm ready for some steady warm weather!  Here, in Southeast Missouri, you never know what the temps will be.  One day it may be in the 30's and the next...you're looking at near 60!  I kid you not!

Whatever the weather, I'm pretty sure these four outfits are perfect for all season!  I'm super excited about this month's picks from Femme Luxe Finery, because as you know...I normally steer away from pants unless I can try them on. Not all pants fits the same and I've been so self conscious about the way pants fit in the waist.  BUT...I've decided to forgo all that and give these a try!  Oh...why am I super excited about this pick?  Because, it's the first time I've seen these pants (I've been eyeing these for quite some time) in a size I believe would fit!

So, enough rambling...Let's get to it!

These Baby Pink Cargo Pants have always been a favorite style of mine.  They just seem to look sporty, but feminine and can be worn in a way that makes them casual or dressed up.  They have the cargo style pockets on each leg as well as a cuffed ankle and elastic waist band.  These would look awesome paired up with a black or white tank top.  Dress them up with some heels or pair them down with some white sneakers.  I love the versatility of these pants...not to mention the color!  I am wearing a size 16 (UK size) which converts to a size 12 US. (psst...this black t-shirt is also from Femme Luxe Finery!)

The next pair of pants are the Black High Waisted Side Split Trousers.  These, I chose, well...because momma needs a new pair of pants for work...a pair that LOOKS like they were made for work...not a pair of leggings that I normally wear!  These high waisted side split trousers are available in sizes 6-16 UK sizes (2-12 US) and have a side split in each leg.  I can see myself pairing this up with a cami, layered with a cardigan.  These would look extra hot paired with a lace bodysuit, in the same color, for an evening out.  Throw on some heels and you have a date-night outfit!

The third pair of pants I chose were the Teal Belted Tapered Trousers.  These, again, were chosen because I need more work attire in my closet.  Eventually, I want to veer away from leggings as work attire.  I recently was promoted to loan officer and now, I want to look the part.  These pants will definitely have me looking the part.  These pants are not only super cute, but very stylish and I love the big belted look! (I may forgo the belt just a bit...still working on this tummy of mine!)  These pants have that elegant tapered look and would perfect with a bodysuit, layered with a work jacket.  If you're not too keen on bodysuits, you can wear a nice solid colored sleeveless top!  These WILL become a regular wear for me, once I get to where I can wear them, but in the meantime, I'm loving the look of these pants on the model!

And Last...not pants, but one of my favorite tops that I recently ordered in two different colors, is the Cold Shoulder Cut Out Jersey Dress in Khaki Green!  The two previous cold shoulder cut out jersey dresses (I wear this as a long top with leggings) fit so well, that I had to have this in the Khaki Green.  I love how the whole look comes together, from the neckline and shoulder cut out to the length.  You can wear this with the matching belt it comes with or, just let it hang with a pair of leggings.  This is a very cute dress/top to wear if you are on the smaller side and you want to cinch that waist line in to create a casual look.  This top is super soft and super comfy and I wish they had this available in other colors (I would definitely dig a pretty pink!) Worn as a dress and paired up with some booties would look so cute!

My Best Femme Luxe Finery Fashion Haul Yet!

Hey there, friends!  Finally, the temps here in Southeast Missouri have hit the freezing winter temps.  No, I'm not a winter person, let alone, a person who likes cold weather...but I have to admit, the weather here has been quite unusual with temps in the 50's and even low 60's at times.  This morning as I type, we have a chilling 22 degree temperature that just makes me want to stay inside and keep warm!

And...this haul from Femme Luxe Finery couldn't have come at a better time.  Every piece you see here is perfect for that cold weather (well, the cold shoulder may leave you cold, a bit) and they, once again, are super comfy!  I know I say this over and over again, but Femme Luxe Finery's clothes are so very comfortable, considering if you order the right size for you.  All their long sleeves, cotton clothing could not be any more comfortable and they are always so soft and very well made.

I was super excited when I received, and tried on, these two cold shoulder long sleeve dresses (I wear them as a long shirt with leggings.)  To me, they remind me of a combination of a modern day sweatshirt and a long top that you can wear either to work or on your casual day off.  Shoot, these are perfect for even going out on the weekend, especially when you pair them with your favorite leggings or even as as dress with some knee boots or cute little booties.

These Cold Shoulder Cut Out Shoulder Dresses are so cute and I love them!  They are available in colors; Gray, Black, Mustard & Khaki Green.  As you can see here, I love the style so much that I ended up with the Gray and Black, but I will definitely be going back for the Khaki Green color!  They come with a matching fabric belt that you can cinch at the waist, giving you all the curves you want or need.  For me, personally, I will probably forego the belt, but as I slim down, the belt will definitely be added.  The size I am wearing is a M\L (8/10) and fits just the way I like if wearing with a pair of leggings.

The next item is also going to be one of my favorites on these cold winter days.  It is the Belted Long Line Hoodie Dress.  This, to me, is what I call a modern day, updated hoodie.  The length is longer and has more of a streamed lined style.  It has your hoodie with a drawstring and unlike most hoodies, this comes with a matching fabric belt as well.  You can cinch it up at the waist to add dimension or accentuate your curves.  This can be worn as a hoodie dress or, like I plan on doing, wear it with jeans or leggings. (can you tell I'm a legging kind of gal?)

The last item, shown here, is the Gray Knitted Turtleneck Mini Jumper Dress.  Just by looking at this, you would think it was a gray turtleneck sweater...and you may be right, but this sweater can also be worn as a mini dress, which is so cute when you pair it with some white sneakers.  But...since it is winter, you guessed it, I will be wearing this with some leggings or some frayed jeans.

It is super comfy with plenty of stretch that allows you to snuggle up on that cold winter day, either lounging around the house or keeping warm while you are on your way to work.  I'm thinking, since tomorrow is going to be another cool day, I may just throw this comfy sweater jumper dress on for work.  Of course it will be paired with black leggings.  I haven't decided on which boots to wear, quite yet...tall boots or booties?  What do you think?

Winter Fashion Finds - Femme Luxe Finery

Well, Thanksgiving and Christmas have already passed and I must say, it's been one of the best Christmas's yet.  Although I love the holidays, I also glad that they are over and things are starting to get back to normal.  What I mean by normal is...tree is down so I can have more room in my small living room and all the over eating from the holidays is behind me.

I swear, I have ate so much these past two months that I feel like I need to go to some sort of boot camp to get my body back.  It's no secret that I've put on a lot of weight the past couple years, but being that the New Year is just a few days from now, I have made a commitment to myself to get back in shape; to get my body back that I had at least four years ago.

The next two items are the same, but different colors.  It is the Long Sleeve Belted Utility Cargo Jacket.  The two colors shown are the white and the stone and feature the same style.  This jacket has it all!  It has the cargo pockets with a button down jacket that comes with not only a one belt, but two! Femme Luxe Finery December Haul- My Fashion Finds For This Month

Good morning, Luxe Gals!  Today (actually, past three weeks), I've been battling a dreadful cold and can't seem to shake it.  Just when I thought I was getting better...BAM! it hits full force.  It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for this persistent cough!  It's very annoying, keeps me awake at night and during the day, I'm sure my co-workers are tired of hearing it.  Anywho...let's take a look at what awesome finds I found at Femme Luxe Finery this month.

Next item is one you've guys have seen me post many times before and it's one of Femme Luxe Finery's t-shirts.  If you've remember, I sported a white "Life's A Peach" t-shirt in a previous post. This is the same tee, but in the black color.  It fits the same (maybe a little more snug since I've gained a few pounds) and has the same luxurious feeling when worn.  The material of the tee has a slight stretch to it and can be worn as a regular t-shirt with jeans or shorts or, can be worn, with a tie knot in the front.  Either way, this tee is super cute and love the slogan!
