Seems like everywhere you turn, someone is wearing some sort of shawl, wrap or poncho. This piece of clothing has become popular here, recently and seems to have made a comeback.  Shawls (or ponchos) have taken on a new, with many different styles of look. You have those shawls or ponchos with fringe, asymmetrical lines, with and without turtlenecks, the traditional triangular shape as well as those with a cape style.

Whatever your style of poncho, Accessory Necessary on Amazon has something for you. This shawl, shown here, is a black cowl neck open knit shawl.  It is made of 100% acrylic. Although it's made of acrylic, the shawl sweater is still very soft to the touch.  This poncho comes in assorted patterns and weaves, as well as colors.  Some of the colors available include: Light Grey, Khaki, Red, Black, Brown, Ivory and Beige.  Of course, each of these colors have a different pattern or look to them.

I'm a scarf lover.  Once Fall, Winter or even cooler weather hits, I'm ready to break out the scarves.  Not only do wear scarves to keep my neck warm, especially when I wear a shirt with a neckline that exposes my skin, but I love to wear a scarf to accent the outfit I'm wearing.  Just by adding a scarf to your wardrobe, makes a world of a difference on how, not only your blouse looks, but your whole outfit. Asrai's Touch Freeze Wrap Review

I'm all about trying the newest technology when it comes to losing weight.  Yes, I may be skeptical about a lot of the products out on the market, claiming to help you shed those pounds and unwanted inches, but I still want to try it, in hopes, that it will work.

Thanks to Angela, I was able to test the Asrai's Touch Freeze Wrap, in exchange, for an honest review.  The Asrai's Touch Freeze Wrap is a belt wrap, that comes with three gel packs that you freeze, as well as a take measure and a special cream that you apply before wrapping yourself.  It comes in this awesome black box, with Asrai's name on it and is perfect for storing the belt and measuring tape.  I love the looks of this box!

The way the Freeze Wrap works, is that you apply the cream (which has a mint/menthol scent) to the area you want to freeze wrap.  You then place the three gel packs, which have been frozen for at least 24-48 hours, into the plastic pockets of the wrap.  Place your right thumb into the loop of the belt and bring it around toward your back.  You will then wrap the remainder of the belt toward the front and secure by the Velcro enclosure.

It took me a few tries to get this Asrai's Touch Freeze Wrap around me, especially since the frozen gel packs had extra weight to them.  It's recommended to keep the wrap on for only 20 minutes, for the first treatment, to allow yourself to get used to it.  It's also recommended to slide your hand between the belt and your body, to make sure that any parts you are freezing, do not feel hard or stiff.  You DO NOT want any frost nip or frost bite!  I will admit, this did happen to me once, and it scared me!  But after a few hours, the hard spots softened and went away.

I started the Asrai's Touch Freeze Wrap a little over a month ago.  Before the first wrap, I measured my hips, waist and legs, although my hips and stomach are what I wanted to focus more on.  After a week and a half, I measured myself again.  I had lost 1 inch off my hips...WOOHOO!  I was excited and thought...maybe this thing really would work.  I expected to lose more the following two weeks, especially after reading some of the awesome testimonials.  I finally talked to Angela and she was really a great help and full of knowledge about the product.  She had asked how long I was wearing the wrap and how long was I freezing it.  I told her I was up to wearing the wrap for 45 minutes.  She then proceeded to tell me, that I was taking the wrap off, right when the wrap was beginning to kick in and freeze the fat.  She explained that 45 minutes is not enough time to actually freeze the fat, that I was taking it off, right when it was starting to do it's job.

So...the last two weeks, I've been wearing the wrap, almost every other day and leaving it on for at least an hour.  Let me tell you...I thought I was used to this wrap, that I had gotten used to the freezing...but leaving it on that extra 15 minutes..WHOA!  I then measured myself again, just last week and lost another inch!  I can tell that using the Asrai's Touch Freezing Wrap, combined with healthy eating, my clothes are starting to feel slightly looser and I'm feeling a tad bit lighter.  I can't wait to see the results of this Freeze Wrap after using it a little longer.

I will tell you, Angela said that everyone's body will adapt to the Freeze Wrap differently. Some may lose a little faster and some, depending on how much residual fat that lies underneath, may take a little longer.  Each person's body is unique and will react differently.

• Place cooling packs in freezer for 4-6 hours before use.
• Pick an area of the waist you want to target (approx. 6” x 10” area) or use all three packs to wrap the waist.
