This baby flannel blanket has owls in blues, greens and oranges and is perfect for those with a Woodland Forest Animal theme in their nurseries or as a baby shower gift for that mom-to-be.

The flannel blanket is 40 x 40 inches and made with a very soft and high quality cotton flannel.  It has a matching turquoise border that goes all around the blanket, giving this flannel blanket that finished look.  The fabric, itself, is a Riley Blake material, that once again, has owls and trees printed on it.

The flannel is pre-washed, before you get it, to reduce any shrinking.  If you are familiar with flannel, you know that the more you wash this material, the softer it becomes!  I love the owls and trees on this blanket.  The colors of the owls makes this perfect for both baby boys and baby girls, as it's gender neutral.

BUT....Not only do you get this generous sized baby flannel blanket, it also comes with a matching burp cloth!  The burp cloth is a perfect match to the flannel blanket and as us mothers know, you can never have enough burp cloths!  The burp cloth has the same material as the blanket and is sewn onto a high quality cloth diaper, allowing this to be a very absorbent burp cloth for your little one.

Be Brave Little One Wood Sign by Joyful Island Creations

I'm a big fan of wood signs.  I think they are so neat and unique and they seem to fit any theme, in any room.  When I was looking for signs for my grand-son's nursery, I wanted a theme that went well with the Woodland Animal theme his mother had for his nursery.  

The wood sign, shown below, is perfect!  It had an outdoorsey feel and look, the wording, "Be brave, little one", describes the adventure that is about to follow for my grandson, Brody.  It is a wood sign that goes well in any room or nursery.  When looking for Woodland or Forest Animal themes, you can't go wrong with personalized wood signs.

This wood sign, as well as 88 other wood signs, are available over at Joyful Island Creation on Etsy.  Amanda has a way with words and some of these words or quotes, are very popular ones you see today.  The lettering is done in white while the arrow is a mint color.  The sign is made with reclaimed wood and then stained.  

The sign is approximately 10" x 10" and comes ready to hang.  Each sign is different and unique, because depending on the wood, its knots and lines, the sign will stain differently, giving it it's own unique look.  The sign is very well made, sturdy and has a very rustic look to it.  I love it!  And let me tell you...you're not going to get a sign that is thin and delicate.  Oh, no.  This sign is made from real reclaimed and re-purposed wood, which has a thickness to it, that will last.
