I am constantly working with my hair.  I have naturally curly hair, that is thick and every great once in a while, I like to straighten it.  If any of my female gals out there has thick curly hair, you know how hard it is to get your hair smooth and straight.  Do you feel me?!

Shielo Vibrancy Hydrating Conditioner

I have very dry hair, hence, I don't wash it every day.  Maybe every other day or so, but every time I do wash my hair, it never fails, I end up with a hand full of hair.  I don't like to condition my hair EVERY day, as I feel this may weigh my already thick hair down.  Conditioning my hair is just as important as washing it, because I need something to detangle, control the frizz and smooth out my hair.

I was thrilled to get the opportunity to test Shielo Vibrancy Hydrating Conditioner.  The hydrating conditioner does not contain any sulfate or parabens.  These two ingredients are usually found in shampoos or conditioners, allowing the product to spread smoothly and thick over your hair, but also adding un-needed elements as well.

The first thing I noticed about this conditioner is that it smelled wonderful.  It had a very nice scent, almost a fresh scent.  It also doesn't take very much, although I can see myself using a little more because I'm so used to having that silky feel to my hair when I condition. The directions state to start from the scalp and work your way to the ends of your hair.  For extra hydration, leave on for two minutes. I tend to leave my conditioner on my hair maybe 5 minutes, long enough for me to finish in the shower.  

This conditioner contains plant proteins, sea silk and peptides to replenish, strengthen and shine your hair, while the shea butter adds a protective moisture barrier to seal the hair shaft.  I've used this product 3 times already and I can tell my hair is easier to straighten, does not have as much frizz look to it and makes my hair look shinier, without adding shine products to my hair.

Matrix Biolage Conditioner Review

I have very dry and coarse hair, therefore, I ALWAYS have to condition my hair.  Now, with that being said, I don't wash my hair everyday because I have dry hair and that can become frizzy.  If I ever forget to condition my hair, I might as well rewash and do it all over again because my hair is not 'fixable' unless it has that soft feel to it.

I was thrilled to have the opportunity, to try the Matrix Biolage Cleansing Conditioner for Coarse Hair. I've seen this in many salons and even had it used on my hair before.  I love the generous sized bottle I received, 16.9 oz and better yet, I love the dispense top.  I hate having to either unscrew the top or try to open the flip top of a conditioner when my hands are wet. All I have to do is give this baby a few pumps and I'm done!  No worries about putting the lid back on or closing the top!

Nova Rechargeable Modern Hair Hair Clipper Kit

My husband and son, both use hair clippers to cut their hair.  This saves time and money on going to the barber, but since my husband has very short or little hair, it's easier for him to do his own hair (with a little help from me) as well as cutting my son's hair.  They both like to keep theirs cut short to the head...no fancy hair cut or style and want to get the job done as quick as possible.

I was thrilled to try out the Nova Rechargeable Modern Hair Clipper Set.  The name says it all...Modern.  We currently use one of those heavier, bulkier clippers (not gonna mention brand) and although they do very well, they are a bit heavier and clumsier (for me) to work with.

I totally love the sleek, slim design, it's black and silver modern look and how lightweight it is.  I will say, the only downfall I see about this product, is that the head of the clipper seems a bit smaller than what we are used to using, which means, it doesn't take in as much hair at once and you have to go more slowly to trim the hair, to make sure you get all the hair cut, but for me, the Pros outweighs this one little Con.

With the New York Streets Hair Repair, I received a booklet with a lot of their hair products.  Hair products run from Clay, Gel, Hair Spray, Dry Shampoo, Hair Repair, Tar and much much more!  The designs on each can or bottle, are unique and I LOVE the cool sharp designs of each one.  This would be a product I would buy in a store...ONE.. for the awesome cool designs and TWO...for the awesome experience I've had with the hair repair.

After washing my hair, I simply applied a fine mist to my hair and combed through....THAT'S IT! It did not leave my hair oily or greasy, but my hair felt smoother and soft.  I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!  If you have dry hair like I do, you MUST try this product.  You will love it!

The first product shown, Pura d'or Argan Oil Hair Conditioner, comes in a 16 oz vibrant blue pump bottle.  The blue bottle is the first thing that caught my attention when I received this product.  The conditioner itself, smells wonderful!  It is a Lavender Vanilla scent, which I love! I applied this to my damp hair, after washing it and let it set for about 2 minutes.  Once I rinsed my hair, my hair felt soft and after allowing my hair to dry, my hair was shinier than usual...not oily or greasy, but a healthy looking shine.

Virgin Argan Oil Review

The Virgin Argan Oil, by North Coast Products, is one of the first bottles of Argan Oil I've received that comes in a generous 4 oz bottle.   I'm so thrilled about this, because the 2.7 oz bottle that I currently have, has lasted me around 3 months and it's still over halfway full!  I know this bottle will last twice as long, if not longer.

The first thing I noticed about this Virgin Argan Oil, is that it's in a very dark bottle with a dark label...very nice labeling.  The second thing I've noticed, it that instead of a dropper, it has a pump spray...very different than what I'm used to, but good.
